Bill's team (Adam, Bob and Lewis) were extremely professional, thorough, patient and friendly. They really went the extra mile to explain at each stage the work they had completed, what was coming next, and what they had discovered along the way. They obviously cared about doing high-quality work and they really delivered. Highly recommended.

Very well. Bill McNight assessed our cottage and gave us a full description of work. He answered our many questions. Using advanced equipment he tested airflow through our house before and after the work; it improved 28%. More importantly the house is warmer and more comfortable in cold weather. When a thermostat is set for 70, room temperature is 70. As for materials Bill used highest quality such as high density closed-cell foam. Also he didn't sell us more than we needed; our old ceiling insulation in the basement was just for sound-proofing. His workers were considerate and tidy. What a pleasure!

Fantastic - the whole team was very responsive, they were able to adjust to some changes that popped up during the work (needed some surprise electrical work & drywall replacement), and communication was great throughout. Would recommend!

Energy Conservation Specialists is tremendous. They really know their stuffs. Quality of service so far is been really good. We’re on the early stages but the report that they gave us is really terrific, really thorough and lots of information. They’ve been hooking us up with people we can talk to and go forward and process this. We’re waiting to hear back from the electrician and we’ve already talked to the heating plumber. Right now I’m pleased. It’s early so I can’t tell overall where are we going to be until we got more work. For the most parts its been pretty good with their responsiveness and communications to our needs. Sometime I think they could have been quicker on the job but it’s not necessary them it’s also some of the people they’re working with. Their punctuality is excellent. They were late coming to the audit and we got a call well before informing they are stuck and it will take them longer than they thought. They literally came within 30 seconds on when they said they would come here. They’re warm and friendly people. They know their business and they were really dealing with it well.
