poor workmanship ,did not flash & finish the flat roof properly. Never repaired the damaged roof decking. They installed a new roof deck over the damaged roof. There is now mold growing in the ceiling of garage. The gutters were installed wrong & allow water to back up. Estimates to repair now exceed 12K. see. photos

Very disappointed with the work done as well as the behavior and poor business ethic from Greg and Kris Wilcox of Creative Home Improvements. My husband and I remained civil and respectful throughout our business relationship with Creative Home Improvements as we made our concerns known about some of the quality of their work on a deck they were building for us . My husband and I reached out to the manufacturer of the RDI railings installed by Greg and Kris Wilcox, who confirmed their improper installation. We brought Our dissatisfaction as well as confirmation from the manufacturer of their improper installation to Greg and Kris’s attention. Greg and Kris suggested reducing the final amount owed to them, by taking off the cost of the improperly installed railings. My and husband and I agreed with the price reduction and we cut them a check. Unfortunately, we did not get specifics of this arrangement put in writing. Greg and Kris Wilcox are now suing my husband and I for breech of contract. I’m saddened and disheartened by the dishonesty and poor ethics displayed by this family owned and operated business.
