 + -1 more.He seems to complete everything that needs to be done. Its all done in one day and he's very quick about everything. He just a nice person in general. Each time the price is different but I do believe he's reasonable.

Description of Work: Dan Schroeder of Sunny Day was professional and delivered exactly what was needed. He repaired a rental property to pass an insurance review. He changed a broken window, secured the property sealed an open well.

 + -1 moreHe is very nice. He is very punctual and responsible. He can put anything together. He does minor plumbing work and fixes all sorts of things. He checks my air conditioner and moves furniture for me. I don't know all of his talents. He will come over and rush to the store to pick up all the things that we need. He is very handy and I don't have to run around. He is also really reasonable. He cleans the gutters as well. He does all the minor things.
