We have used them before and we have been very happy with their service. The Dumpster is very good and it's a good size. They are punctual and professional.

Poor overall experience. This company's policy is to have customers prepay for 3 months of service - which I find to be reasonable. I was instructed to attach my first payment to the garbage can at the first schedule pickup. They accept checks or cash only. I received the second quarter bill (dated Nov 5), on Nov 8. This bill was for for the service in Nov, Dec, and Jan. The bill is marked due upon receipt, however I overlooked it until Nov 26 (2 1/2 weeks from receipt). This company did not pick up my garbage on the following week. I called and When I called the day after the refused pickup to determine why my garbage was still there, they informed me it was because of lack of payment. They claimed they called and left a voice mail on Nov 24th - however, I did not receive any call or voice mail from them. Also, they would not come back out and pick up my garbage that day even if I paid in full immediately. I felt that they were very inflexible in their policy and especially so for a new customer that is planning to live at this address for years. I find their policy of one phone call before service interruption to be woefully inadequate. Remember, they are billing for 3 months of service that hasn't been provided yet and still they are willing to stop service after 3 weeks of the bill not being paid. I believe that a second notice, at the very least, should be sent in the mail prior to leaving someone with all their garbage for an extra week. And, if you are going to suspend service, the notice of that policy should be including in the original terms and conditions, or sent the very first week the bill is late. I agree that bills should be paid on time and in full. However, I was very displeased with their response and lack of flexibility or understanding for a situation that could occur with a misplaced bill or a forgotten payment.
