Called to make an appointment, was given a 1-hour window for arrival. Got two calls prior to the appointment asking for more details on the job. Called at start time of the appointment window to confirm that they were still coming, they said yes. Never arrived. At the end of the appointment window they called to cancel and re-schedule for another day. Total waste of time, not any help at all, they should not have confirmed the appointment just to cancel it when their time ran out.
