+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY PROMPT. HIS JOB WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND NICELY DONE. HE ADVISED ME IN WHAT WAS WORTH WHAT. HE WASN'T JUST OUT FOR THE MONEY. HE CAME LATE AT NIGHT AND ON WEEKENDS SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK.
Description of Work: HE PUT IN CUSTOM SKYLIGHT SHADES WITH A PULL.

+ -1 moreTHE QUALITY OF WORK WAS OKAY. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM, BUT THEY DID TRY FIXING THE PROBLEMS. I AM NOT GOOD IN THAT AREA OF WORK, AND I DIDN'T EXPECT TO BE SO INVOLVED WITH THE WORK HAVING HIRED SOMEONE THAT WAS TRAINED IN THAT WORK. I JUST EXPECTED IT TO BE A LOT LIKE WHAT YOU SEE IN MAGAZINES OR ON TV.

THE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS NICE, BUT THEY JUST WEREN'T AS HELPFUL AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED. THEY JUST DIDN'T GIVE ME MANY OPTIONS, THEY KEPT THINKING LIKE I NEW WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE WHEN I REALLY HAD NO IDEA. I WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR THEM TO SIT DOWN WITH ME A LITTLE BIT MORE AND EXPLAIN WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE.
