Billy from Westchester Doors promptly came and gave an estimate for a door with a higher R-value than the competition at a lower price. He quoted a name brand door, not a private label like one of his competitors. Of the four bids I got, Westchester Doors had the best lead time and was the only company that actually followed up after the quote to see if I had any questions.

There was a prompt visit for estimate. Billy was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He also presented proof of COI, which is just one less thing to be concerned about. Billy told prepared me for exactly what I needed and should expect during the process. The products appear to be of high quality and the install tech had a smooth installation. The door looks great. These guys installed my garage door that was purchased from home depot. I waited 16 weeks to get the door from home depot and after westchester doors installed it, the garage door completely collapsed shattering the glass windows. They completely missed the stud when installing. We now have a window blown out on the door and are waiting another 16 weeks to get the top panel repaired. They also did not properly re-order the new replacement door. I am not waiting over 24 weeks to get the door repaired. This is awful service. I would highly not recommend going with these guys.
