carpet cleaners, oriental rug cleaning
+ 0 moreWe were always satisfied with them, but I wanted to try a different method, and so we used another company. The rug was 10 years old, and it had been stretched, and so we were concerned about shampooing. We had used them for a few years. Their prices always seemed to be fair. I was living in a house at the time we used them, and it was a different rug, and so we didn't have any problem. I would consider using them again, and I have read about shampooing and steam cleaning, and I am not sure about steam cleaning, I am quite sure about shampooing.
Description of Work: We used ServiceMaster for carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreI am very satisfied with the work that Servicemaster provide in my home. They are very professional, courteous, and do an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. They also cleaned my wood hallway floors and they came out really well. A happy customer!
Description of Work: I have used Service Master for many years and I am writing a review now because I just joined Angies List. They clean my carpets and area rugs on a frequent basis as we get heavy wear due to two dogs! They also clean our sofa and do an excellent job.

Description of Work: aASKED T6OM CLEAN CARPET. SPECIFRICALLY TOLD not TO USE GPS, OUR HOME IS HARD TO FIND ON GPS (OTHER STREETS SAME NAME ETC.) ASKED TO HAVE SERVICE PEOPLE CALL IN AM FOR EXACT DIRECTIONS. NO ONE CALLED. > ONE HOUR LATE- COULD NOT REACH DRIVER BECAUSE OUT OF CELL PHONE REACH (COMMON IN MY AREA, WHY I ASKED THEM TO CALL FIRST!) tHE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WERE MEAN, AS IF IT WAS OUR FAULT THEY COULD NOT FINE US. tHE CLEANING STAFF WERE 2 VERY NICE VERY APOLOGETIC GENTLEMAN- THE OFFICEW STAFF SHOULD LEARN FROM THEM. THE CLEANING WAS WELL DONE, BUT LEFT AN ODD ODOR THAT 1 MONTH LATER HAS NOT TOTALLY DISAPPATED.
