The team that Service Unlimited provided was second to none! From preparation to primer/exterior paint to cleanup to answering any questions â ¦.we were extremely satisfied with the project.

I've been a HAPPY customer since the mid-80's. They have done numerous projects for us, both interior and exterior. They are prompt, neat, and do top quality work. And they are good to work with. The best !

The painter and carpenter are fantastic. They really care about their craft and take their time to do the job right! Highly recommend for the efficiency and was very pleased with the result!

Great team and excellent service.

The work was excellent. The painter was prompt, covered the windows, doors, shutters, taped up outside fixtures, and was never messy. Put everything away every night, covered. Very happy with the outcome. The owner came out first and talked to me, then the work began. The trim was painted with care. Very efficient and well organized. Power wash on a Tuesday, had rain next day, primer on Friday and finished 2 coats by Wednesday. I am well satisfied.

They came when they said they would and quoted us a good price. The painters were professional, neat and di a great job. They left the house clean everyday. We highly recommend them!

Outstanding work done

I would strongly recommend Service Unlimited. They were professional, quality-conscious, true craftsmen in their trade. They did an outstanding job painting our home. I plan on hiring them again, to do our interior painting.

I had two estimates of about 5k and two at about 9k for the same whole house exterior washing, staining and painting job, and also some carpentry. Service Unlimited came in toward the low end but their contractor, Yovany, did an excellent job and was responsive to my requests. I stayed home throughout and watched as the job progressed, which may have helped. Highly recommended.

The men that work for him are very responsible and clean, very pleased overall, used them many many years.

I was told a crew would work on my house painting, but it was only 1 person. His schedule was not set or consistent. He told me he was done twice, yet when I did a walk through I found several areas that still were not painted. He did go back to complete them. However, the biggest disappointment was the carelessness of his work. He did not cover my hedges or patio, even after I reminded him to, so he left paint on several hedges, plants, the patio, grass, and items around my house. They were supposed to paint my interior, but I cancelled that job after the poor job on the exterior. I would not recommend this company.

There is no direct oversight of the actual painters by the company. The painters are independent contractors and not company employees. There was never a set schedule for arrival time which made planning on my end difficult.

Excellent finish for the amount of work needed to be done.

Needed to have some areas repaired, but they've been very good about following up on that. Should have been two painters, instead ended up with only one, so took a couple days longer.
