Found defective valves and will write up a report. This should help me to be more efficient in the oil I use each winter.

This company has no ethics! Have been with them for a couple years. The price for heating oil and service contract keep increasing. I was on variable rate and noticed the price for recent delivery was too high. They tried to explain the "market rate" and the fact I have a $0.20 discount. Then I pointed out the "market rate" in their calculation become $3.19 vs. $2.71 from government websites, to which there was no answer. Then they threatened that I would lose my service plan if I cancel, even though I paid over $500 for the service plan just a couple month ago on Nov. 20, 2020. I would rather lose money than dealing with this kind of company!

Once I was able to navigate the system and find the right person, the service was excellent. Complete, efficient, and made me feel like I know where to go when I have issues with my heating service. The cost of my service is a full year package, including emergency servicing.

All technicians were knowledgeable, professional, worked hard and took the time to do things correctly. The lead tech worked hard himself all day and made sure all aspects of the project were done properly too. Everybody was very patient and honest with addressing questions from us as well. We are very happy with the installation overall. This is our second home project installation with Robison. We are very happy and would highly recommend.

just had billy do the annual air conditioning service. I always request him because he is always professional and thorough. does great work. very knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. great service. highly recommended

I was very pleased with the service that Robison provided. They replaced the old boiler that I had in my basement. The technicians that came to the house were very professional, polite and personable. I would definitely recommend their services to my family and friends in the future.

as usual, superb service and knowledgeable staff. could not be more satisfied with everything they have done for me. all of my interactions w phone staff and field staff have been excellent. they stand by their products and i very much appreciate that. on the coldest day of this past winter - 4 degrees - the thermostat shorted out at about 9:00 on a saturday night and by 11:00 it was about 50 degrees in the house. i called for service and the service rep showed up at 3:00am (i was given this time frame re his arrival) on sunday and swapped thermostats to solve the problem. a real lifesaver as the temp was dropping by the minute. thank you, robison.

i have been a robison customer for about 18 months and they continue to provide outstanding service and high quality products. you get what you pay for - as they say. all of the service people i deal with - phone, on-line or in my home - are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and when on a service callin my home very respectful of keeping things clean like floors. they explain everything in plain english so somewhat complex issues are easy to understand. initially they installed the "system 2000" oil burner. the service team was experienced (average 25 years w robison) and incredibly knowledgeable. they did a great job and, i believe as part of their QC, sent someone back to my house to make sure i was satisfied and that the install was proper.

The gentlemen from Robison were fast, efficient, professional and very neat. They removed the old system and installed the new system with amazing efficiency and no disruption to our household. I am very pleased with the work.

They're good on price, especially with the oil because they have a bunch of different payment options and plans and I usually do one that saves me a lot of money. I haven't had any issues. They're pretty good on responsiveness. I've been using them for six years.

Technician did not test system because no air filter was installed, so that was a bummer.

I contacted Robison in May because one of my A/C units had stopped working. They gave me a quote and told me that they couldn't install it until the middle of June because they were so busy. I agreed and they said they needed a 50% deposit. They then asked me for permission to run a credit check because they were extending credit to me because they were ordering the unit. I refused out of principle because they weren't extending me credit and agreed to pay the full amount upfront. As verified by the permit office, they didn't request permits until the beginning of June. Consequently, they were not able to install the unit until the middle of July. They blamed it on a lack of responsiveness on the part of the permit office but they clearly could have gotten this out of the way much earlier on. The installation took two days and the next day it was apparent that the unit was not functioning properly. To Robison's credit they sent someone out there that same day and realized that the entire unit was frozen solid with ice. This was due to an incorrect wiring. The technician noted that it was a "decent but not great" installation. The ice melted and made a mess of the basement. Prior to the installation mishap, I asked them about replacing the current thermostat with a WIFI thermostat and they told me that I would need to replace all of the dampers to make it work because the dampers were old and there was no common wire to power the updated thermostat. They quoted me approximately $5000 to do so. Note that the current dampers are performing just fine. I subsequently had another firm take a look and they realized that there was an extra wire that wasn't being used and was an unconnected C wire. I would expect that a company that installs an expensive Lennox system for over $10K would test and check their work. They admitted that they sent their "B team" over to me. They clearly were more interested in replacing something for an additional fee of $5K than telling me that there was an unused wire that would work as a common. I would neither recommend nor use these people again.

They do maintenance of our oil burner and they deliver our oil. They are fine. I have no problems. Their oil delivery is very nice. They are congenial people and their service is fine. We buy ahead in bulk. We pre-buy so we get the best rate they have.

The cost is built into our contract.

They're fine. They are an oil company. They give you like a service contract where they will come and do whatever they need to do. It's like $100 or $200 a year. They didn't do any service at this time.

They are reliable. They take care of any problems I have with my heating system.

I use them on a regular basis for oil deliveries. I did use them for an installation to replace an oil boiler. They were very professional on price. The did the work very quickly and I'm very happy.

The delivery people are very friendly, do a good job, and don't make a mess.

Bad services attitude on the phone seems like they dont need the business

They were definitely professional, definitely courteous just a little expensive. Good job but if you don't have the money for it, it's not exactly the cheapest thing.
