Description of Work: My contractor suggested that I try Redi Carpet instead of Home Depot. He said they had better quality and they would be faster in installing the carpet. Well, the saleswoman was personable to say the least and and the quality of the rugs well their paper thin and already shedding. I should of gone with Home Depot.

+ -1 moreHe also replaced some plywood in the basement under the carpets, which had some water damage. Honestly, I was not expecting the price for carpeting to be so expensive. They did offer a competitive price. I guess he is very responsible and provided the boards to change the plywood in the basement, free of cost. He was very easy to get a hold of. Carpeting in general is expensive, but the price he gave was competitive and had a good selection. He did the job and we are happy with it. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Redi-Cut Carpets Inc. to replace carpeting in the basement, stairway to the basement and a bedroom on 15 December, 2011.

Description of Work: We had carpet and flooring done by Redi Cut. Altogether the work they completed was top notch. The wood is exquisite and we've received many compliments. The staff was helpful when we were making selections as well. They worked with us on the pricing too. My only problem was that after they saw the space without the rug, they realized the concrete underneath our old carpet would require a sub-floor - this cost us an extra $1000 which we hadn't budgeted for. Would have been nice to know that was a possibility. Other than that, they did a great job.

+ -1 moreIT HAS BEEN GREAT. THEIR SALESROOM IS FANTASTIC. THEY ARE RIGHT NEAR MY HOUSE. THEY WORKED AROUND ME. THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH. THE CARPET THAT THEY PUT IN IS GREAT.
