They measured the space, told me how much moulding to get. They arrived promptly at the appointed time, were quiet, efficient, and clean. Jack made the best mitered corners I have ever seen, and my rooms are not completely square. He even constructed a little mitered return around a pipe to make it all very classy. They also prepped the moulding, which can be very tedious to do. They did a great great job!!!

Arrived on time, very curtious, respectful, professional and got right to work. They covered all the areas around the door, including the furniture and rugs, with clean and new plastic. They were meticulous with their work, completed the project in exactly the amount of time they quoted and left the finished product in perfect condition. Very happy with their work and will use them for all carpentry/painting projects going forward.

Simply brilliant. Rodrigo gave me a competitive quote for labor to stain my deck. I supplied Messemers UV Plus IPE deck stain, they provided brushes, rags and labor. Everything was done in one day (8am - 8pm) with no mess. Preparation was first class, and the team worked very hard to get the deck completed in one day with no left over mess. Once dry the team came back and moved all of my furniture back on to the deck. Thank you! Will definitely use Rodrigo and his team again in the near future.

They are very professional, did more than what was expected. The only problem I had was returning phone calls, that was the only problem, other than that once they got here they were excellent, the work was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to friends in town.

You get what you pay for! We called Palette Pro based on previous reviews we had seen on Angie's List. We were able to schedule a quick turnaround time for an estimate with the President of the company. He then sent us a thorough, easy to understand proposal that included photos,licenses and certificates, paint options, a detailed breakdown of what would be done in each room and its associated cost. We were anxious to get the job done prior to our move in 2 weeks out. He worked with us to accommodate this request. From the initial day that the men prepped for the large job ahead, we were impressed with the level of professionalism, attention to detail and respect for our home. The men worked tirelessly often 11 hour days for 6 straight days taking a much deserved and needed Sunday off and then worked another 5 days. They transformed our 1931 interior which consisted of extremely unattractive stucco into an updated beautiful space. They also installed new moldings. We cannot recommend them highly enough and anticipate using them again in the future!

I bought a big deal for this service. They were very good and I give them an A-plus. We liked them a lot; they did a great job and worked very hard.

Job went very smoothly and was of high quality. I am usually a tough critic, noticing small details that may not be done to what I consider appropriate standards. But I must say, Palette Pro did an excellent job. Perhaps slightly expensive, but at the end of the day probably a fair price. They were punctual, responsive and did quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

Raphael was the project manager. He was professional and punctual and provided a detailed estimate. All of the work was done as promised, and was finished on time. His crew was fantastic. They were neat, professional, and had an incredible attention to detail. I would recommend Palette Pro and would definitely use them again.

Our house is about 12 years old and we needed it painted. Raphael was very professional and flexible. We had to change the time of our job and he made that happen for us with no problem. He was often onsite to supervise his painters who were themselves very professional. They were quiet, clean and respectful of our privacy.There was no added mess and they cleaned up everyday and it looked as though no one had been there. I can't say enough nice things about them. I was always warned if they thought they would need to postpone because of rain. Other wise they were on my job everyday from start to finish.

They came punctually on the dot at the expected time. The painters were thorough and professional. They painted even the normally hidden areas of the home. They were diligent and done ahead of time. SO they VOLUNTEERED to paint an extra bath. The overall quality of work was exceptional. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. Rodrigo's crew is the best!

Palette Pro did a fabulous job installing crown molding in several rooms and chair rail in the dining room. It was easy setting up the appointment and the workers arrived on time. The men who did the install were professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. The crown molding install in the hallway and office were fairly simple, but the bedroom was a challenge because of angled ceilings. The bedroom took more time (they needed to come back to finish it another day), but the end product is perfect. I'd highly recommend Palette Pro for any carpentry work and I hired them for a large painting job that starts in a few days.

very responsive and professional. worked with them to point out the areas on the stucco i wanted more sanding, and areas on the external railings i wanted caulked. no matter which service provider a consumer uses, i strongly recommend being there during the project. any miscommunication or error is best taken care of at the time of the project.

The team was extremely professional and courteous. They prepped the room to minimize dust, completely cleaned and vacuumed the work area before they left every day.

Although his was not the lowest bid, the presentation that Rafael gave convinced us that his would be the best quality. He addressed each of the multitude of problems our job presented. There was a large wall that, after I removed paneling, I discovered old wallpaper and a bulge in the wall which had been disguised with furring strips under the panels. This wall required removal of the paper and skim coating. It is now perfect. Two other walls required skim coating. There were a number of cracks and a multitude of nail pops all of which were expertly corrected. Our bathtub looks new. I know that the refinishing process produces fumes. All fumes were ventilated to the outside and nothing was noticeable indoors. Our two painters, Alberto and Rubin, came exactly on time, worked very hard, and could not possibly have been more polite and pleasant. If you want a job that will leave the painted areas looking better than new construction, this is the painting firm to choose.
