We live in a multi-level townhome with an open concept so color choice is important and Rafael, the VP was very responsive and helpful when we needed a paint job (after our kitchen renovation) that extended to our dining room and second level stairway wall. The painters did a great job and were very attentive to detail and cleanup. When I noticed that the refinished floor in the dining area did not seem to have as smooth a coat of satin-finish sealer as expected, I called for a follow-up and could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service. The team came back very quickly to check the sanding and add an additional coat. We thought their pricing was reasonable for the quality of both services, having been quoted at a much higher price with another contractor.

First of all, when I called and described to a young woman what I wanted an estimate for, she immediately said, "You do know we only do high-end jobs." That should have made me stop then and there, but I thought maybe she was just a bit weird. Then an appointment was scheduled and Rodrigo came. In thinking back, I can now say with certainty, he was hung out to dry by his company as they had no intention of bidding on the job, let alone actually doing it. They wasted my time and Rodrigo's time. So he walked around my townhouse and did not take any notes, also odd, and then when we had finished, he took out his electronic measuring tool and measured things, wrote some stuff down. I gave him printouts of my floor plan and some of the items like the Robern mirror I wanted put in flush on the wall surrounded by mirror. I did not hear anything from them until I reached out a week later to get an email as I had said I'd send along some additional information, basically a list of all we'd discussed. I thought it wise as he did not really write anything down. I decided that they were not serious, no one called to follow up so I didn't waste my time sending the email. They should never accept a meeting with anyone unless they are serious. Might help to put 'Mansions' only on their website. The irony of all this is that...I will be buying, gutting and renovating a home when I sell this waterfront townhouse. Pallet Pro won't be involved. I've made sure to let property owners in my upscale townhouse complex know what happened. Utter waste of time. Any company that doesn't have the guts to be straight with you is not a company to trust for any work, even if the budget is $10 million. How you treat people should be the same or you are not a professional.

Overall pleased with the job. The team started on time and finished a couple of days late due to changes in scope and touch ups (which they did at no extra charge). This was important to us as the work needed to be competed prior to moving in. The team was courtesy and was respectful of the home. Pricing was very transparent and we’re happy to modify scope to work with my budget. The pricing for paint was competitive but less so for hardwood refinishing. At times it was difficult to get a hold of Rodrigo and Rafael but were very professional and accommodating once we connnected. I have really high standards and while their work wasn’t flawless it came pretty close.

Generally quite well. Expected a bit more prep and better clean up, but otherwise they were prompt, friendly, capable and hard working. Good job.

Job was completed ahead of schedule (after agreed two-day start delay). Work was done very carefully and diligently with great attention to details. Extra coats were applied as needed without extra charge. All work and cleanup was done neatly. I am completely satisfied. They weren't the cheapest but I got everything that I paid for.

Palette isn't the cheapest place in westchester but they are the most professional. Always responsive and doing the job right no matter how long it takes. They are conservative and transparent. Rafael is a pleasure to work with and the staff are courteous.

The experience with Palette Pro could not have been better. The painters were punctual, neat, even more critical of their work than we were. On their own they arrived one morning and redid a wall they felt wasn't to their satisfaction. They always cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant, cooperative, very easy to work with, very accommodating.

One occasion, in-home painting and the other outside painting and construction and can and say unequivocally that it was a pleasure both time to deal with them. Rodrigo and his crew were very professional and very responsive, and everyone at Palette-Pro was a pleasure to work with. My old house was treated with TLC. The re-painting in every room looks great, and the reglazing did wonders for my bathroom, and was very successfully matched to the other fixtures in the room.

Overall, the job went smoothly. The crew was very prompt for the three or four days they were on the job. Each door was sanded, primed then painted using quality paint. Their attention to detail was to my liking and I must say, Silos and his crew were pleasant to work with. My living room had a large hole left by our electrician. It took the painter a matter of moments before it was prepped, sealed and later painted. Kudos for the thorough job of this crew. I would have given a better score if it weren't for an oversight which later was corrected. The tops of each of the doors were to be painted. After the work was completed, I found only 4 of them done. So, I placed a call to the VP of the company and he sent his guys to correct the oversight! Much is to be said for how Paletto Pro goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a rarity and they should be commended on a job well done.

On 2 separate occasions a painter, first Eddie, then Adrian, showed up on time. Each was meticulous, cooperative, and very carefully went about his work. Both cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful job. Each was happy to do a little extra touch up and spackling in the home as needed. We look forward to requesting their services soon again.

We chose Palette Pro based on the reviews that we had read on Angie's List and Palette Pro absolutely lived up to our high expectations. The core team of three was truly wonderful - Eddie, Anderson and Fidel worked tirelessly and with such care. They were so meticulous and the quality of their work is really impressive. Our house exterior finally got its badly needed TLC from this wonderful team. Rafael was equally excellent to work with - communicative and transparent in the costing, options (when we came across unexpected issues such as lead). Rafael came to our house several times to check and discuss progress over the course of the project. I'm sure that Palette Pro has many projects going on at the same time but the service felt so personalized from start to finish. Cost-wise, Palette Pro was not the lowest-priced but their cost proposal was extremely competitive among the four quotations received. Given the quality of the results, it was definitely a case of great value-for-money. We wholeheartedly recommend this company for painting and carpentry projects.
