Description of Work: I needed assorted plumbing and electric work to be done. After Palette Pro previously sent me an expert, neat, punctual team of painters I reached out to them for other services. They sent Fabio who arrived on time, took care of my electric and plumbing needs, some of which were simple and some more complicated. Everything was done with ease, perfection and in good time. He even went out of his way to locate a needed part that was difficult to find. Palette Pro is a wonderful resource which I plan to engage when ever any professional work needs to be done in my home.

Description of Work: Framing of nine windows and painting of six rooms (incl. kitchen). Workers and coordinators are very friendly and professional. The 'B's are due to sometimes incomplete or belated communication. Their price is entitled part with other quotes but their quality is superior. We are repeat customers and plan to use them again in fall to finish the rest of our house.

Description of Work: Overall rating would be an excellent. The estimator arrived on schedule and worker was on schedule, covered furniture and blinds, did a great job staining the trim and molding on my new windows, and left the work areas at least as neat as he found them. I've had some bad experiences with painters in the past but this company was very professional. Recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Sanded and applied 2 coats of polyurethane to to the frames of 3 set of 2 French Doors + 1 floor to ceiling window and 6 double hung windows. It went very well.

Description of Work: This company was very professional. Contact calls to me were consistent. I had 4 interior doors replaced. Bi-folds and two closet doors. To minimize cost I offered to order and pick-up the material @ my expense. Rafael, Project Mgr., Valerie, Office, Jackson-Carpenter, and Adrian-Carpenter Asst. were courteous and went the extra mile to be sure I was happy with the results. I would recommend this company for work needed in your home. Jackson is excellent and worked hard to correct any imperfections that can happen when working with wood. Thanks all for your diligence and professionalism.

Description of Work: Painted interior of house (8 rooms / hallways) and refinished hardwood floors. Rafael (VP of company) was an amazing communicator and kept us thoroughly updated throughout the project. A detailed estimate was provided upfront with the cost of each room broken down at a very granular level (cost to paint trim, doors, walls, ceilings, material costs, etc). This allowed us to really understand where the costs were being derived and help us make informed decisions about what we should and should not do (we decided not to have the doors or ceilings painted). The crew was friendly and clean. Rafael stayed in the loop and was available to meet with us periodically. He ensured that everything was satisfactory before final payment was made. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done and subsequently hired Palette Pro to clean/stain my deck. Thanks Rafael and team for the great job!

Description of Work: The Angie's price did bit cover the job and the painters left after the 1 day leaving the job less than half done . I needed to call and complain but they returned estimated the remaining job and completed the work. The quality was exceptional but you must get an estimate from them before starting the Angie's list agreement
