We were completely satisfied with both jobs!! The painting work is excellent with clean lines and great attention to detail. The railing is sturdy, well-installed, and exactly what we wanted and discussed. In both instances, Rodrigo inspected the work that was done and did additional painting as he felt necessary to make the jobs perfect. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Rodrigo and his painting crew. They were completely unobtrusive and very responsive to any requests we had. With both projects, we were on a tight time-schedule, and they worked very hard to make sure the work was completed for us quickly and efficiently. In addition, Rodrigo went above and beyond our expectations. He very kindly helped us clean up our front stairs after we had a paint spill (my husband's). This was not his mess to fix, but he brought a power-washer over (after our work was completed) and cleaned the stairs for us. This was very much appreciated and just proves what a nice person Rodrigo is!! We have additional work to be done, and I will not hesitate to call Palette Pro for these projects in the future. I highly recommend their services!!!!!

I needed to build closet(s) in my second bedroom. I planned to build two small ones to make them look symmetrical in each corner against a wall instead of one bulky one in the center of wall, and found and chose the highest rated and best reviewed carpenter from Angie's List. The owner, Rodrigo Vasconcellos was so wondrful that I never remembered any serviceman as good as he was. He made an estimate in a few days and the following week for only three afternoon he completed the work in a way exactly I asked for. He was very polite and courteous, worked very quietly, quickly, and neat with his high craftmanship. I wondered how he, at his young age, could have done this so good in every aspect, and the price? I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Palette Pro. We started out just contracting them to paint a few rooms, but we were so happy that we kept adding and adding and adding more jobs to the list. Everything has come out exactly as expected, most times even better! Rodrigo has always been professional, prompt, responsive and patient with all of my questions and add-ons. He's accommodated every single request, even getting his crews to work on Sunday so they could deliver on time. Speaking of his crew, they've all been extremely pleasant and professional. The work areas have been cleaned every day and when they finish a room, I can hardly tell they were working in there. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.

I was pleased with the fact that when I pointed out small areas I wanted better caulked/sanded, Rodrigio and his team were receptive and took care of it without a hitch.

We used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for Palette Pro for the first day of painting and then Rodrigo Vasconcellos gave us an Angie's List rate for the subsequent days of the job. In short, Rodrigo and his crew are everything you want from painting contractors. The Palette Pro team is professional, punctual, polite, reliable and very knowledgeable. Our living room had been in a state of disrepair because prior painters had painted over wallpaper, which was now lifting up off the wall. There were even small areas of mildew. The Palette Pro painters spent a long time scraping away the wallpaper that was underneath the old paint job, treating the mildewed areas, skim coating where needed, sanding and priming the walls before actually painting them. I now know that this kind of preparation is the key to a great paint job. They also repaired cracks in the crown molding and in the molding around the perimeter of the floor. Upstairs, they sanded, spackled and painted an area of the ceiling that had been damaged by a leak and also sanded, prepped and painted our front door. The result is beautiful and we now happily walk through the living room and invite guests to sit in that room rather than skirting around it to avoid seeing the former damaged walls. As an added bonus, Rodrigo brought in Carol Guagenti of Divinely Inspired Painting to faux finish the fireplace. The result is a gorgeous livingroom. We would not hesitate to recommend Palette Pro to anyone seeking a professional, great paint job with workers who are neat, respectful and responsive to the customer's requests and taste.

Rodrigo was always punctual. He provided an estimate in writing. Work was scheduled for a few months later when I'd be out of town. He kept me up to date with regular emails with photos of progress. Upon my return, he made a few finishing touches after my inspection. He and his crew left my apartment absolutely clean -- mopped up and ready to live in again.

I hate painting and I decided to have someone come in and do our last 2 bedrooms. Rodrigo was prompt and professional at all times. He agreed to meet with us in the evening to give us an estimate and was prepared to have us select colors and start asap. The job took 2 days (and 3 coats). There was a large amount of cracks to be filled and they also filled the holes on our new crown molding. The workers were polite and professional (we barely noticed they were there). They cleaned up after each day and did a great job. Rodrigo returned before they left to go over the work and make sure we were happy with the finished product. It was a bit expensive ($1400 for 2 bedrooms, including the paint), but you definitely get what you pay for. Also, there is no substitute for a professionally painted room. It is somewhat silly to spend lots of time and effort on repairs and remodels only to finish it with a lousy paint job. I was extremely happy with them and plan to use them to paint the basement once we are done refinishing it. Very happy to say that my tenure as an amateur house painter is now over, as I have Palette Pro to rely on going forward. I highly recommend them.

Great quality, service, and attention to detail. The job consisted of painting all interior surfaces for around 2200 sq ft home. I met with 5 painters to quote the job. I choose Palette Pro because Rodrigo (the owner) seemed to have a great customer service approach, I liked the description of the quality level to which they would do the job, he, and the quote was a great value. All proved to be true throughout the job and I am extremely happy with the experience and result. Rodrigo was always approachable, pleasant to work with, and flexible. I always felt comfortable asking questions and working with him. In my last house, we had a different painting company do a smaller job and the lead person seemed nice to work with at first but made me feel badly, did mediocre work, and it seemed like any small thing was a change order. This was not at all my experience with Palette Pro. I truly appreciated Rodrigo?s approach and high level of customer service. In fact, all of the painters were pleasant to work with. When we had to coordinate painting timing with floor refinishing and electricians, Rodrigo was flexible and understanding enabling all work on the house to be finished in a timely manner. When the flooring people made damages to the freshly painted walls, Palette Pro fixed it all without issue. All of the work was done to a very high quality and it looks great. They removed wallpaper in three bedrooms and skim coated all the walls. They did a lot of patching to remove old vents and old phone and cable wiring no longer used. (There is no indication of where the old vents used to be, the patches are completely smooth.) They smoothed out walls and removed nail pops from the ceilings. They installed a chair rail and TV wall mount. They utilized the correct materials needed to do the job and didn?t cut corners. I am very happy with the end result. As it says on Palette Pro?s company car, ?expect the best; accept nothing less.? This statement accurately describes Palette Pro?s approach from start to finish. I very highly recommend them!!!

I can't recommend Palette Pro more highly. The quality of their work and the degree of professionalism in which it's delivered is first rate. My wife and I had just purchased a home in Westchester and decided to have some floor refinishing and painting work done before moving in. We arranged for Palette Pro to come by and provide a cost and overall project estimate. Rodrigo came over early one weekend morning and spent nearly an hour with us. He listened to what we wanted to do and then provided helpful suggestions for us to consider. These suggestions ranged from finish types to colors (based upon what we were considering going into the project). He also talked us through the benefits and potential drawbacks of the various options. Rodrigo then took measurements and spent time telling us about Palette Pro and how they approach their work. A project outline and contract was provided promptly afterward, which included pictures of the project area and clearly stated what was in scope. My wife and I were on somewhat of a timetable and Rodrigo couldn't have been more accommodating. He shifted people around in order to start on our project. Work was started early each morning and the cleanup after each day was top notch. This allowed us the option to still 'live' in the house while work was being done. From the prep work (taping, fixing minor wall cracks, cleaning the walls, applying primer) through the final coats being applied, their work was tremendous. It's apparent how much pride they take in their work and our terrific-looking walls were the result.

Overall, the painters did a good job. I had initially planned to have the painters for one day but the job took longer than I thought and I paid for two days. Worth it. The painters worked well. They arrived on time. Were tidy, polite and got the job done. The paint job was for a rental apartment so I was not overly attentive to detail. If I hire them for my own home I would take a couple of extra minutes to layot exactly what I would expect - such as nail holes filled & sanded, nails picture hangers removed, filled & sanded, gaps filled with caulk, socket plates removed and replaced when done, sanding of rough areas.

Very well. Rodrigo came out, took pictures, measured up and then came back with a written quote. I agreed to supply the paint from home depot and he gave us a discount for being Angie's List members. We met on a Tuesday, and the team were ready to paint from 08:30am the following Monday. The job lasted three days, and they cleaned up immaculately each evening after painting. They worked from 08:30 - 16:30 each day, and I could leave them in the house to get the job done unattended. I will definitely be calling them to do more work again in the near future.

Rodrigo is very punctual. He took note of the work to be done and within a couple of days sent me an estimate by email. I had to delayed the work due to my work schedule. He kept in touch as to his availability and always willing to work things out. He also responds to his emails within a day. He was very accommodating and revised the estimate to keep it up to date. He and his team were very pleasant to work with. The final product was excellent! I look forward to work with him again in another project.

I called and set up a time for Rodrigo to come by and give me an estimate. I asked him to come early on the day after Thanksgiving and Rodrigo accommodated me. He promptly emailed a proposal. Both Rodrigo and I signed a contract and I gave him a $500 deposit. We set a date for the work to be done in two weeks on a Saturday, my only day off from work. Rodrigo and his team came promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Sat. Dec. 8th and began working. They worked, quickly, quietly, and cleanly and were gone by 6:30 p.m. I was very satisfied and paid Rodrigo the balance of the fee.

I reached out to them due to their excellent reviews on various websites. The Angie's list coupon sweetened the deal. Excellent job and you can't beat their price - even without the Angie's Coupon. Rodrigo was incredibly responsive and even when he was going to be 10 mins late he would call. He fit me in last minute as he knew there was an important event we were hosting at our home the following week. They were detail oriented and very professional. They will be getting more calls from me in the future - undoubtedly.

We couldn't have had a better experience with this company. From the day we met Rodrigo for the estimate, which he was very ponctual by the way, all the way to the end of the job, it was a very pleasant experience. They had a very detailed written estimate, very reasonable price too. The crew was very polite and very clean, they would not leave each day until all the area was completely clean and the tools was stored away in a very neat maner. The job was done in the time frame that was promised and it looked spectacular when it was finished. I will definately refer Palette Pro to my friends.

I called the company and was in a hurry to get the job done because other work depended on a timeframe. Rodrigo agreed to come on the next Saturday because they were on a project and I was in a hurry. He communicated by email which was great. The email was very professional and clear. He came precisely at 9:00 a.m., as agreed upon. The painting was perfect--absolutely flawless. I love it and am getting an estimate from him for his company to paint my entire downstairs. Very good to work with.

From start to finish, Rodrigo and his team were amazing. We are new home-owners and we had no idea what was involved in getting a paint job. Rodrigo was professional when we met him for an estimate, and gave us a detailed written estimate soon after we met him. He was responsive and communicative and told us when the job was going to take a little longer than expected (because removing the wallpaper was more of a job than anticipated). Throughout the job, he gave us suggestions, recommended a color consultant (who we were happy with), and made us feel completely comfortable. His team was on time, professional, and dependable. We had a lot of questions and details that we wanted to review with him, and Rodrigo was available by phone, text, and email. In the end, what you want from a painter is a good paint job. And this was definitely a success- we got an excellent paint job. We have already received compliments on the paint job from friends and family. I ended up going into early labor with our daughter towards the end of the paint job. Rodrigo was flexible with us and came back a few weeks later to fix up all touch-ups that I noticed after I had a chance to do a walk-through. I highly recommend Rodrigo and Palette Pro for any paint job and would use them again in the future.

They were wonderful and very pleasant work with. They were very responsive and the work was very high quality. The thing that was most impressive, unlike other companies, was that he came very prepared and very organized when giving the estimate. It was impressive that he had all of the information and credentials ready to see; he also had pictures of the work that he had done in the past. Everything was very clear as to what work needed to be done and what was expected. All around, I couldn't say anything more; they were great. I highly recommend them.

It was very good. They were very, very responsible and whenever anything needed to be done, they did it. Everything really worked out for us. We had to change the color 2-3 times and they were very helpful and very patient.

It turned out very, very well. They are the only painter that I've ever seen to follow up a few weeks later and to check up on the work. When they were checking on the work, they noticed a few areas that needed to be touched up and they did that at no cost. I've strongly recommended them to relatives.

Excellent. Rodrigo is very personable, very professional and makes everything right. Months after the job was completed I noticed that there were some materials left in my barn and I dropped him a note and within the week he was there and cleaned out the stuff that was left behind. (People always leave things in our barn, sometimes it is debris from a job and sometimes it is expensive equipment, so I attribute it to out of sight out of mind!). We will always keep Rodrigo on our speed dial as he does nice painting, carpentry and other work. Very hand guy and easy to get a hold of.
