Owner, Rodrigo Vasconcellos, was very responsive during the estimate process and throughout the entire project. All of the work was completed as specified in the contract. Mr. Vasconcellos is very knowledgeable about the painting process and materials. He proposed a plan to solve painting issues we had experienced with the exterior of our house in the past. During the process he checked in often to access the painting and drying progress. There was no rush to finish the job, rather a commitment to making sure the work was done properly. The painting crew was extremely meticulous, skilled and courteous. They were punctual, cleaned and cleared all materials at the end of each day. I highly recommend Palette Pro and plan to use them again.

Very happy with the work completed by Rodrigo and his team. Questions and (minimal) concerns were quickly answered and fixed. The house looks amazing. Painters showed up on time and left the house in livable condition at the end of the day. We worked with Rodrigo and the foreman to plan the job on a day-to-day basis so that we knew which rooms needed to be cleaned out each day. Price was fair and competitive.

Working with Palette Pro and Rodrigo is an absolute pleasure. This was high end trim work and finish work. Honest , fairly priced and of high quality. The foreman Alberto kept the project moving and in order. I was amazed at their quality and professionalism. Never a misunderstanding they simply aim to please their customers. From the first interaction with Palette Pro, they were very professional and helpful. Rodrigo came to the house to do a walk-through in 24 hours and we liked his thoroughness and honesty about how much work the job was going to take. We also felt like Palette Pro's quote was competitive. Our job was pretty significant - every surface of the house (including cabinets, ceilings, closets, doors) had to be sanded to remove high gloss oil paint, primed and then painted. Rodrigo and his team were on schedule throughout the job and despite last-minute changes, additions, etc. they stayed on schedule and within budget. Whenever something was going to cost more, I was notified beforehand. The lead painter on the project, Alberto, was terrific. He was courteous and amenable to making changes whenever I asked. The rest of the team was also great - polite and helpful. They were also very tidy. Every evening they cleaned up as if they had not been at the home that day. Something you don't see that often. Certainly recommend Palette Pro to anyone looking for services within their scope.

Workers arrived on time and did a good, professional job. They explained process and gave tips for maintenance of tub. Workers also worked neat and cleaned up after themselves. Price was good compared to their competitors.

These guys are great painters and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely work with them again. I had a disaster with my prior painter and Rodrigo showed up on short notice, gave me a quick quote, the price was reasonable, and Rodrigo stuck to the price. He gave me a heads up before doing anything extra. And he did the job quickly and on time on short notice. Great experience with them. I highly recommend them.

The job turned out to be much bigger than the deal. We had them do some plaster repair and painted 1 interior room. Two people came out for the service and completed the job in 2 days. The staff was very cordial and did a nice job. They were great with the cleanup. I had no problem getting in touch with the company or scheduling the service.

They spent a full two weeks stripping and prepping and I was surprised at the thoroughness of the work. They removed downspouts & such and did a beautiful prep job throughout. The painting seemed to go on forever but we were repeatedly delayed due to rain and they would wait two days for everything to be thoroughly dry before continuing - annoying that it took so long but it was the right thing to do so in retrospect it was appreciated. The cost was reasonable but I decline to share it. All in all, very satisfied customers.

They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I think they stretched it out a little. They finished exactly 8 hours later. But, they did a good job. We asked for an estimate for other rooms and thought it was high, but am not sure we have no other estimates. It was worth the 399.00

Hiring Rodrigo to paint our home?s interior and reglaze our bathrooms was one of the best decisions we made during an extensive home renovation project. Rodrigo and his team provided exceptional attention to detail, accurate and reasonable quotes, were very flexible with their scheduling, are very polite, punctual and extremely courteous. Without hesitation I would recommend Palette Pro to my family and friends - they are a pleasure to work with. Pallet Pro painted our kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, all of our hallways and window sills. To start off with, they provided us with a complimentary designer who spent a day helping us select our colors. This was such a nice surprise and made the outcome more gorgeous than we imagined. More importantly, Rodrigo is a perfectionist. He thoroughly prepares every surface (ceilings and walls) to ensure that they are glass-smooth. During the painting process, without me prompting, Rodrigo would scrutinize every single surface (walls and ceilings) and mark areas for touching-up and even a few walls to be completely redone so that they would be absolutely picture perfect. While staining our home?s wooden accent pieces (wooden handrails, banisters, etc) they tested a number of stains to ensure that the color perfectly matched our new hardwood floors. Palette Pro was even able to resurface our kitchen cabinets so that they brand look new at a fraction of the cost of new cabinets. All in, in my experience, Rodrigo?s craftsmanship and professionalism is simply unparalleled. Pallet Pro is an incredible find.

They did a great job as promised and in the best possible time frame given weather conditions. He started the job on time, was well staffed always and really did a very good job. Very easy to contact and stay in touch with throughout the job. Crew was very professional and unobtrusive.

They were running late, but they called and told me they would be, so that was fine. Two men came to do the work and I got my money's work. The owner was very polite, professional, and on top of things. However, one of the men was a bit better than the other and I think that they could have worked a bit harder, as they did take an hour lunch during the time that I paid for.

Palette pro is excellent, they were very responsive to inquiries. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We found their work to be so good we are considering them for more work later this year.

From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. From Rodrigo (owner), Rafael (manager) George (foreman) and the rest of the crew, they were professional, respectful and conscientious. My standards are high and they didn't disappoint at all. They arrived on time, worked very hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future - highly recommend!

They have worked for my house before. They are very good. It was a special that Angie's List had. They were neat and did what they were supposed to do. They were very accommodating. It was a special that was very reasonable. They did a very nice job. Their responsiveness was very good.

It went fabulous!! The entire job was completed within the estimated time frame. Although I had a color in mind (warm white), I wasn't sure, so Rodrigo helped me choose the perfect combination of colors and it is exactly what I was looking for. The ugly, dusty, dirty looking popcorn ceilings are now as smooth as silk and the light bounces off the ceilings just perfectly. Rodrigo and his team are true professionals and quite talented, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!!!
