Not enough good things to say about Palette Pro Painting. This was the 2nd project I used them on and surely will not be the last. I had a new main entry door installed that was wood and need it stained ASAP and the side lights painted. Rodrigo fit me into the schedule and had one of his crew handle the work. His guys are always professional, respectful and above all they each know their craft extremely well. Unbelievable, every painter is a master at what they do. Super clean and they address problems without ever involving me. They see something is wrong and they fix it. Keep in mind, I'm talking about pre-existing problems. For their price you are getting quality that is second to none. Since buying a home I've worked with dozens of contractors, most of which are on Angie's but Palette Pro is above any I've ever dealt with. Never over promise on anything. They instead take the job and overwhelm with their quality. After my first experience with them I refused to price this job out to anyone. Gave it to them price unseen and went to be with a huge smile on my face after seeing their quality. Thank you Palette Pro. After seeing the positive feedback for this provider, I scheduled an estimate. Rafael was very thorough in discussing exactly what I wanted done. He noted and photographed all of the areas where I wanted work to be performed. After 2 days, he provided a very detailed estimate which was reasonable considering the extent of the work. I scheduled the work over three days which accommodated my schedule. The painters always arrived on time at 8AM and worked a full day. Rafael, the project manager, arrived periodically to check on the progress and to see if I had any questions. He then followed up with me at completion to ensure I was satisfied with the quality of the work. In all, I believe they did great work and were reasonably priced. I was extremely satisfied with the work quality and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They were thorough and very neat. Always punctual and accommodating.

It was fine. Scheduling was fine. The staff was good. It was quick. I needed it done quick and they did it quickly. They were professional. We purchased the deal because it was something that we could handle. It worked with our budget. There was something that they could have done a little bit more in the bathroom but they insisted that it would take longer than the amount of time that they had to do it.

When researching painting companies, I came across Palette Pro and could not find one negative review about them -- now I understand why. To say these guys are good is an understatement -- they are amazing! From the estimate appointment with Rafael to the meticulous detail that Anderson and his crew paid to our home each day, it was a true pleasure working with all of them. Their price was very reasonable, they were on time each and every day (even on Saturday), they cleaned up each night before they left and were very flexible and patient working with and around the other contractor doing work in our home. In addition to painting, they also repaired several areas of ceiling and walls that were damaged (some by the other contractor) and never made any request seem like an inconvenience (even when we changed the color of a room after the first coat had gone on!). Our house looks amazing!!!! They were true professionals and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Awesome job. Rodrigo gave an estimate in a timely fashion - no problem with a small change I wanted to make. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and were incredible. They were able to take the TV off our wall and store it properly. They covered everything in the room, so nothing got paint on it. The paint looked great - they went over everything carefully and really did a nice job on our woodwork. They checked with me to see what time they should leave, and stuck to the schedule. Everyone there was really nice, too. If they had questions, they asked. And Rodrigo stopped by at the end to check up with me and look everything over. My house looks so much better now! It took about four days to do all the work, and I am impressed by the effort and the results.

Honestly, I wish we had found Palette Pro sooner. They're just great, from the consultation and estimate to the final walk-through. Plaster repair and painting can be messy work, but every day when they left the place was spotless. I have hired other contractors who got plaster all over my hardwood floors and woodwork. No one likes to come home from a twelve hour day and scrub their house. If you hire Palette Pro, you never have this issue. Rafael is awesome. I love it when the person who comes out to give the estimate actually gives you advice about the project. Sometimes we homeowners don't know exactly what we're asking for. Rafael makes it easy. He is always on time, the crew is always on time and the work is completed on time. The pricing is fair and the job at the end looks absolutely perfect. Just hire them. You won't be sorry They are firmly "our guys"- we will never call anyone else.

Arrived on time, matched colors for LR and kitchen. Completed work. and cleaned up after themselves. It seemed a fair price for the amount of work. I probably could have added a few more small tasks to fully fill the 8 hours.

The took care of three different emergency areas as well as painted. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them as well as use them again.

A delightful experience! They came (on time), they set up, they did the work, they cleaned up (perfectly) and they left. They were very nice guys and they did a great job. I only wish every vendor was so easy to deal with and competent at their craft.

It was fine. The quality of the painting was good but they didn’t follow my directions with wanting the trim done first. I was clear about this to the owner, providing him with a list and paint, but he failed to communicate that information to the workers. Also, I found it unusual they didn’t come with drop cloths. This, however, was a minor issue.

There was on area of the bathroom ceiling where the plaster was hanging. that had to be repaired . the bathroom ceiling was in poor condition, so an undercoat of primer had to be done before the top coats could be painted. the gentleman were professional and meticulous. they did a beautiful job of painting and cleaning up afterwards

Rodrigo and his crew were very professional in all aspects of the job. The carpentry work was top notch. We had great attention to detail with the final walk through, and all small touch ups were addressed. Very pleased with the overall job.

Very professional company but I need to have unexpected carpentry work done before paining and I have decided to postpone work until after the holiday season.

Got quotes from at least six different paints for an entire house in Hartsdale, NY. Rafael (one of the owners) was extremely professional and by far the most impressive. He was available right away for an estimate and very responsive to a variety of emails I wrote with questions and possibly changing the scope of the project (including some drywall work to box in an existing fireplace). We have not done the work yet, mainly due to some other damage that was discovered that needs to be repaired before we can paint, but would use Palette Pro in a heartbeat and was impressed enough to merit a review.

I have never worked with a more professional and capable contracting team. From my first inquiry to the final walk through and every issue in between, the people of Palette-Pro were responsive, pleasant and fully engaged in ensuring they did a good job for us, honored our home and committed to making sure we were happy with the work. This is a top rate organization. I can't recommend them enough.

Had previous plumbing work done which required opening up wall and ceiling in kitchen. Pallette Pro patched up all the holes, sanded, primed and painted entire kitchen. Fixed all the cracks in the ceiling. Everything looks brand new. No sign of the repairs.

Rafael and his team were great to work with. They showed up on time, completed the job on time, and were very responsive through the entire process. They were not the lowest quote we received, but the extra cost was worth the knowledge that we were working with people that care about their reputation. Highly recommended.

We can't say enough about the owner Rodrigo and his team. Not only is Rodrigo professional, thorough and highly involved, but his team is amazing. By far the most detail oriented and trustworthy team of painters around. They painted every room in our house. Work was done to perfection beyond our expectations and in a timely manner. The attention to detail, especially by Alberto is something you don't come by often. From wall repair work, to making sure he cleaned any window hardware he removed, to caulking everything perfectly - our house looks brand new. Palette Pro will be our go to Painters for a long time to come. A true find!!!
