You leave a message and he calls you back, confirms move the day before. Reasonable rate of $115/hr, but at time of payment, Joe told me the hourly rates start when he was on the way to my house. He mentioned tipping when setting up move date, which seemed rather unprofessional. Once they came, they were hardworking and efficient, no dillydallying and careful with my furniture. My antique marble top dresser was not scratched during the move.
Description of Work: Local move (2 miles) of 2 BR house, using 20 ft. truck and 3 guys. Moved large household items, had to go back once to pick up patio set and BBQ set. There was problem with queen size box spring not fitting the stairs, but they solved the problem, and the job took longer than expected.
