Follow up to earlier review -JJP Contracting Jose and Brian are running a top tier business. I'm going to be totally honest with the people of Angi- We hired this team to perform a siding job and it originally didn't go well. They pulled down the pre-existing wood shingle siding that was rotted and installed new Siding on the home. When the siding first went up there was a defect that we all couldn't understand. We thought that it wasn't okay to leave it up but tried to see if the warmer weather would cause it to unbuckle. JJP stood by their words even months after the siding had been installed and came back to make the necessary fixes. I appreciate this more than the team knows because too often contractors are not true to what they say. This team is running an honest business that I can truthfully say that I trust. I look forward to discussing further projects with their group.

I would never work with these guys EVER Again. They did our siding and for the most part while they are doing the work the team is pretty engaged and responsive. The issue I had with them is that they placed bad siding on my home and it belted up. They pride themselves on "expert craftsmanship" and they were totally fine putting bad siding up on my home and were not even going to correct it until I pointed it out. When I inquired about it they said that it was a product defect. First Bryan says that it's happening because the weather was hot and cold at that point in time - late Winter, early Spring. They allegedly had a rep from Royal Brand Sidings to investigate and then it went from the way the sun is shining on it to now it was because our house was gutted and not fully insulated. Bryan said that once we insulate the house that he'd be with us the entire time to fix it if necessary. I have this on text message. Now all he does it ignore our messages. He coerced us to pay!

JJP is super reliable, always pleasant to deal with, and did a great job replacing my whole roof at a reasonable price. They also did new gutters, painting and exterior upkeep work.

The work was good but they have scheduling challenges.

Fabulous! Meticulous, beautiful skylight installed in my bathroom. It changed the entire feeling of the shower stall. JJP Contracting is reliable, professional and lovely to deal with. Very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend this company !

The best iuan gave me the best price and he got building permit in 10 days.got the job done in 2 days. No dumpster to tear up your driveway he has a dump truck roof looks great cleaned up every nail and left property very clean. I had 6 quotes and his was the best and gave me everything plus I give him a 10

JJP did an excellent job! They replaced all of the trim on my house, painted the entire exterior, and installed brand new gutters. Their work was fast, professional, and great quality. I would not hesitate to use them again! JJP made sure we were 100% happy with everything and communicated perfectly every step of the way.

I got a number of estimates from various contractors in Angi for my flat roof which had blisters and also needed insulation underneath. The estimates given by JJP was one of the most competitive. I asked them several questions when Jose visited and also via emails to Bryan. They provided me with satisfactory responses and details explanations of how they would do the project and what materials would be used. They did the job within one of signing the contract and finished everything in one day. They also took great care on various finer details on the edges and also on the top where my shingles roof meet with the flat roof. They also cleaned all the debris after finishing the work. Jose, Bryan and their employees are very professional and courteous. I have to say my roof looks beautiful. :) And I am looking forward to enjoy a relatively warmer house in the winter. :) I was given multi-year long labor and material warranties. In case if any issue arise in future, I am hoping JJP will honor those warranties.

I'm very pleased with JJP Contracting Unlimited with replacing my roof, siding and deck. From the moment I contracted Jose he and his team were responsive, professional and helpful. From the inspection to the end of job his workers were on time and did a great job cleaning each day. I would highly recommend. We will continue to use and refer to our friends and family.

Jose and his son, Brian, run a very professional crew. They installed a new roof and replaced some problem underlayment plywood as they went. They are a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone. They communicate very well and are fast, clean and reasonably priced. There were no surprises at all. Will be working with them again.

JJP was friendly, extremely easy to work with, did a great job, and provided a reasonable quote. We had a small miscommunication, which was fixed immediately and well done - no worries. No question, I'd work with them again.

Decided to go with this company even though price was a bit higher then other bids. Very professional. Did what they said they would do when and very punctual. In then end money was worth it!

JJP Contracting came immediately to my house assessed the damage and put a tarp on my roof before it rained again and damaged the inside of my house with water. He provided me with an estimate that was so reasonable that I decided to replace all the shingles and gutters. His crew of workers are amazing they did a beautiful job and were done in three days. They were not only fast but did quality work and cleaned up everything to my complete satisfaction. Personal, professional, punctual quality work. They were nice, clean, and responsive.

I was actually surprised because they are $800 cheaper than the other roofers. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, neat and clean up after themselves. I absolutely love those guys.

They fixed the problem including the leaks on the skylight. and they also did some roofing jobs for us too. They were very reliable and on time. I use them all the time for roofing, sidings and chimney works.

They were fantastic. The work that they did was great, they were prompt, thorough, neat and they just did a great job.
