To begin with he is a sincere warm, caring lovely and patient man who is clearly desirous of pleasing his clients in all aspects of the project. From the price quote to the completion of the job my wife and I can't be more pleased with our choice in hiring him and his company. The quality of the finished job is superb, and this at a price that was not only fair but far less than several other quotes that we had obtained. He employs trustworthy and professional workman who clearly take pride in the job they perform. There were some minor touchups that were attended to in a responsive way and corrected to our satisfaction. Jay gets my highest recommendation for a job well done and we would not look elsewhere for any of our future painting needs. Please always include him in your price quotes. You will not go wrong with hiring him.

Excellent work. Sheki was very friendly, delivered exactly what he promised, and I did not ever see one sign around the work area that anyone had been there at the end of the day (meaning they cleaned up thoroughly before going home). Because of the feeding frenzy going on in the area for subcontractors, price was fair for current market conditions but very high by historical comparison. They worked with me by agreeing to a decent reduction if I did the power washing immediately prior to their start date.

They were very professional, cooperative and punctual. We needed to try a few rounds of paint colors and they never complained. They did a very nice job with everything cleaned up following and finished a couple days earlier than expected.

I cannot say enough great things about the service from JandS Painting. Jay and the men who work for him (especially Luis and Byram) were wonderful to work with. It helped that we had used him years ago to paint our house as well as my parents house and knew Jay to be a very honest and reliable person, but his price was also the best of the 3 contractors we had talked to. We walked around the perimeter of the house giving him our wish list. Its an old house which needed a major face lift. Jay worked with us to make it happen. The contract was very detailed and clearly stated. The project began exactly when he said it would and took about as long to do as he stated it would, which was about 6 weeks. It also cost us exactly what he said it would. (no extra hidden costs at all!) What I loved about Jay is that he was there!! He would show up every few days to walk around and make sure everything was going as planned and to see if we had any questions or problems. When we had changes, additions or concerns, he was totally fine with it and had then men address it immediately (who were also right on top of things). Clean up was great. At the end of the project, Jay surprised us with an extra bonus of washing the windows. I would be remiss if I did not add that the two men who work for Jay were the best. Luis and Bryam's work was meticulous, they paid attention to detail (details we had not thought of), they showed up everyday early and worked long hours. They made this lengthy project a delight instead of a painful one. This is a company who cares about what they do and how they treat others. I would highly recommend them for their services.

We felt the price was high in comparison with offers we see for a whole week of painting for less than we paid. The quality of the work was excellent but some items were irrationally excluded and we needed to escalate to get it done.

The workmanship of the J&S staff was excellent. Jay (co owner of J&S) came at our home each day to monitor the job. The job took 2.5 days. The staff did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional and courteous. All the work was done in a timely fashion. At the end of the job they cleaned and vacuumed all the rooms. At the end of the job, Jay and I reviewed the workmanship of his staff to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work performed. I definitely will hire J&S again.

Jay arrived on time to give me an estimate and went over all of the projects, including paint colors, gave me a time frame of 3 days to complete everything. Before his team started work he again went over everything. The day the wall paper was removed I expected to come home to a major cleanup, was I surprised to find the team had cleaned up before they left and continued to do so for the duration of the job. Everything turned out beyond any expectations I had. Have gotten many compliments on the workmanship. I cannot say enough about this company!! Jay and his team were a pleasure to work

The painters were punctual, professional and skillful. I was completely satisfied with the painting in both bedrooms . I would recommend this painting contractor without hesitation.

Jay was true to his word. His team arrived on time every morning and worked a full day. He had a sufficient number of workers to handle the job(s) so the team was able to finish the jobs on time. We were pleased with the end result and glad that we selected this company. Jay, who is a partner in the company, came to our house on several occasions to monitor the progress of the painters and to make sure the job was being done correctly. Customer service was excellent. From our initial contact with the company to the final day of the project, it was evident that they value customer satisfaction. The painters showed up at the scheduled time every day and they made sure to clean up at the end of the day. The support staff in the office were friendly, professional and it was easy to communicate with them, whether it was by text, phone or email. We had our house painted by J&S Painting Plus nine years ago and the job held up perfectly for all that time. It was woodpecker damage to our cedar shakes that led us have the house redone last month. We were concerned that the cedar shakes which had to be replaced would show up after the house was painted. However, the paint job was again perfect and the carpentry to replace the damaged shakes and some rotted wood around the windows was done extremely well. All in all, the price was reasonable, the workmanship was excellent, Shecki's crew were amazing (cleaned up the area every night) and we can highly recommend this company.

I was initially impressed with this organization from the start of the estimate - Jay was courteous and prompt. He used my name consistently when addressing me. The comfort of the elderly gentleman who lives in the home was important to him and his staff. The work was completed early and looks beautiful.
