J&S Painting Plus, Inc. is a top notch company that did an excellent job painting the house. The house looks beautiful. Everything flowed seamlessly - from meeting the owner (Sheki) who provided references and a certificate of insurance at first meeting to the provision of a fair and detailed quote, commencement of work two days later and completion 8 days later. I even received a courtesy call from the office that the owner was running a little late due to traffic prior to our first meeting. The owner came onsite every day and was available to discuss any concern. Edgar and his painting team were fantastic! They were courteous, professional and respectful and left the area clean each day. I give my highest recommendation to J&S Painting Plus Inc and would definitely hire them again. Workers were very neat and professional. They had to come back and touch up a few areas. My one problem was they painted the door jam and the fuse box closed. I had a very hard time opening the front door.

We had our exterior of our house painted and the deck stained. Jay took the time to explain the whole process and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot of questions!). The detailed quote outlining all of the work to be done was excellent and helped us understand what exactly was going to be done. It is clear he takes pride in the work that he and his teams do. There was open communication throughout the process and the job was very well done. Jay, Jose, and the crew were professional and the results of the job clearly demonstrates that.

Jay G., Josue, and their team did a fantastic job. Some highlights: --the bid was not the cheapest, but it was the best in terms of value for money. The clarity and detail of the proposal was excellent and gave me confidence they understood the job. I had four other quotes, several of which I would have happily taken; so it was a tough test for J&S. --the team did their work carefully and well. They didn't rush, they didn't cut corners, but they stayed on the agreed timeline. --It's a classy group. They are careful with their tools, leave a clean work site each day, and are always friendly. --Jay checked in most days, and Josue was there every day to run the job. Both are extremely dependable and responsive.

From the time I met Sheki, I felt really comfortable hiring J & S Painting to do the work we needed around the house. We have now used them twice in the past year for two large painting projects at our house. Sheki's prices were competitive compared to all the other quotes I got. If I had any questions while the work was going on, Sheki and Pam, the office manager, would respond quickly. I initially hired J&S in Fall of 2019 to paint my basement, sand and paint all the wooden siding and trim on the exterior of my house, paint the window shutters, power wash the exterior of my house, and stain my deck. Jose and the crew did an amazing job over multiple days completing all the work and cleaning up all the materials. I ended up expanding the scope of the project and also had Jose replace the top railings on my deck, which they did for a very fair price. When I also asked Sheki if they could also paint the metal railings on my front steps, he didn't even charge me extra for it. A few months after the initial project was complete, we decided to paint the majority of the interior of the house this summer (July 2020). We went back to Sheki and J & S Painting. They painted the walls, ceilings, trim, and doors in multiple rooms (including a room with cathedral ceilings) with two coats in two days. I also had them paint the risers, stringers, and baluster on our stairs. Work also included painting a portion of the aluminum siding on the side of the house. The crew was quick, efficient, precise, and did excellent work. I will hire J & S Painting again the next time we have a painting project.

These guys were excellent. They went above the call of duty. Very detail oriented and did so much more than they quoted me for. Nothing was a problem they could not deal with. Communicated consistently and got the job done ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!

Jay and his crew painted my entire house in June 2020 and they were simply amazing. From beginning to end, Jay was the consummate professional. He arrived on time for our estimate and provided it quickly and accurately. I interviewed several other painters and he, by far, offered the most competitive rates. Jay managed to complete the job within a week of starting and ahead of schedule. Most importantly, the quality of the work was superb. Great. The crew was attentive to details, courteous and respectful, and neat throughout the project. J & S Painters just finished staining our house, deck, and sheds with special attention to the front door and interior stairs. Beautiful! We were impressed with the care given throughout the project, but especially the prep work. The crew scraped, sanded, and caulked before the prime coat. This is a job that should last! Lots of attention given to details...we are pleased.

My apartment look absolutely beautiful! The matte finish gives the walls in each room a rich and elegant look. The baseboards are a wonderful accent to the walls in each room. There were a few cracks in the ceiling and now you cannot see any sign of them. It looks like a new apartment.

Jay Gisonni; a true master of his trade, had his team of painters, Edgar and Carlos, take on the challenge of painting my basement laundry room and hallway which had deteriorating mildewed walls and fallen and missing plaster; which had become an eyesore. In a few days, they transformed the area with two coats of paint and some plastering into a clean white totally refreshed and bright area of the house . The added bonus to this work is that I do not dread spending time washing and drying my clothes in this pleasant and cheerful environment anymore! This is the third time that we have used J&S Painting for projects in our house. In each instance they have exceeded our expectations! I have used other painting professionals in the past; but J&S Painting is truly the best!

I had the pleasure, and yes I mean pleasure of working with Jay of J&S Painting plus both this past fall and again the winter. Jay is a true man of his word, he is professional, respectful and courteous, and so is the crew. The outside of my house came out great. I was very happy with the work J&S did on my house. From the first contact with the owner, Jay, I felt I was dealing with a professional who had extensive experience in this type of work. Jay took into account what I wanted, made good recommendations, and even helped me select the right colors. The crew that worked on the house was highly skilled, friendly, professional, hard working and punctual. They even took the extra step of cleaning up and finishing the front and back of the house on time on a Saturday for a dinner party I had in the middle of the job. They completed the work within the time they estimated. I would definitely recommend them, and would happily hire them again if I had any other work to do. The house looks great!

We needed some interior rooms and exterior dormers painted ad steps and railing stained. Jay was pleasant and helpful with each piece of the project. Painters arrived on time, were very clean (didn't use our bathrooms to clean paint brushes and tools like so many other services) and polite. the jobs were finished on time and done well. It went excellently. Jay (one of the owners) comes and gives you a personalized estimate, sends highly competent crews, and checks in periodically to see how things are going. The paint job was complicated with casement windows and many details in an old house including radiator covers, lots of molding, etc. The work was flawless, and clean up was done thoroughly. I have used J&S many times, and don't want to use anyone else.

Sheki, his secretary Pam, and his crew were great to work with every step of the way. We got a lot of estimates and his was the most competitive, but more than that he is just a really nice guy. He does what he says he is going to do and is honest and trustworthy. Communication was easy and he and his crew were responsive. As for our house, the crew did an excellent job in a timely fashion. Sheki was our point of contact, we managed to agree on a compromised price and the crew finished the job in record time. They weren't the cheapest quote we had but we felt confident hiring them and they delivered.
