 + -1 moreDeclan just completed an entire remodel of my co-op and did a fabulous job. He is talented, prompt, responsive and affordable. His woodwork is beautiful. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, built-in bookcases, new fireplace mantel, crown moulding, closet expansion, moulding around windows.

 + -1 moreHe has worked for me but I am also a Realtor and I've seen what he's done in other homes. I like his craftsmanship and his ability to communicate with the customer. He's a good problem solver; he uses space very well. He's got an eye for detail and he is a contractor who also designs.
Description of Work: I had a master bathroom remodeled and Declan Flynn was the contractor.
