I'd stay way from this company. I find this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
Description of Work: I made an appointment with Cleanco window cleaning service and had to take a day off from work to accommodate the company schedule. However, on the day of the service I received the following e-mail: "Dear customer, Cleanco maintenance solutions has closed its window cleaning division. We apologize for the inconvenience." However, the company website is listing the windows cleaning as one of the offerings.
