+ 2 moreUnsatisfactory. Competitive pricing on cabinets was offset by very high granite prices. Delays in delivery were never communicated, while office staff were uninformed about project status, rude, and did not get back to us with answers (we had to call repeatedly). Finally, granite installation was subbed to another company that delivered incorrectly cut stone two times. It was only when I called the office to cancel the entire order did I hear from the owner. The granite was sealed poorly and not reinforced from below - we now have a crack at the sink line. Buyer beware - we saw and spoke with the owner exactly twice during the whole ordeal - when she sold us everything and when I threatened to cancel the order. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do all your material sourcing directly - cabs, tile, granite, etc.
Description of Work: Supplied: Kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash and floor, cabinets, counters, and flooring for two bathrooms. Subcontracted granite installation.

+ -1 moreI WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE JOB THAT CERAMIC DESIGN DID DURING MY RECENT REMOLDING. THEY STOOD BEHIND THERE WORK AND THEIR INSTALLERS WERE TERRIFIC. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

+ -1 moreCERAMIC DESIGN DOES AN OUTSTANDING JOB FOR THEIR CLIENTS. THEY TAKE YOU THROUGH THE DESIGN STAGE, SELECTION AND INSTALLATION OF THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY ARE A ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL TILE NEEDS.
Description of Work: CERAMIC DESIGN PROVIDED ALL THE TIME AND BASE CABINETS FOR MY NEW ADDITION. IT INCLUDED BATHROOMS AND A LAUNDRY/MUD ROOM.
