Description of Work: This is a continuation of my efforts to repair a GE stacking washer dryer unit. The dryer heat had failed. After A-OK Appliance walked of the job leaving me with a broken unit in the middle of the bathroom, I contacted Appliance Experts. They sent out two repairmen, not on the same day as claimed in their add. They arrived on 9/10/11 late in the afternoon. They looked at the unit and said I need a heating element and cleaning. There was an $81.00 service charge. One of the repairman said he would tell the person in office who is responsible to order the parts I needed. The parts were the actual heating elements and internal temperature thermostats. I cal perhaps the next day and asked if the parts were ordered and how long for delivery. I was told 7-10 business days. I asked about overnight delivery and they said they could do so. The day after the next, allowing time to place the order and get the items, I called again, They did not order the parts the next day and were going to do so that day. I called again a day or so later and the parts still were not on order. Finally the parts were ordered and arrived at their office. They sent the repairman again. Only the office did not order all the parts. The repairman replaced the heating element. but the thermostats were not ordered. I then left a pointed message about this matter, stating in no uncertain terms I was not pleased about the service too date. The missing parts were ordered, arrived, and the repairman came back on 9/20/11 and finished the job. The front office said they would order what was needed and what day the repairman would be their. That morning I called to confirm and later in the day I received two messages. the first was that that part did not arrive and the repair would not come. The second was that it actually did arrive and they would send the repairman later than oriignally planned. He did arrive and the unit was finally repaired and put back in working order in it's place. From my frist call to A-OK to final repair by Appliance Experts was about 3 weeks.
