It was a terrible experience. First, they gave us a reasonable quote for a system based on a one year monitoring contract; They took a large down payment and then sent us an outrageous monitoring service contract with a term of a minimum of 5 years, even if we move out of the house, that would require us to purchase $1 million in liability insurance for them, to pay for their attorneys if there was ever a dispute, capping their liability for anything they did wrong at $250.00, and more. I spent hours negotiating a reasonable deal only to have the owner call back to tell me he didn’t want to do business with me. The reason is obvious. They try to take advantage of people and don’t want to do business with anyone who sees how sleazy they can be. By the way, they still have not returned my deposit, though they said they will. Avoid them like the plague.

It went well. I was very grateful that I was not charged again for the second service visit due to the fact that it was not done right the first time. Mike Paulson was an excellent manager. Thank You

They come when you call them. They are experienced and I feel comfortable around them. I would recommend this company. They are punctual and reliable. The service isn't finished so the company is coming back in a couple of days to finish.

They knew the NYC codes for life safety and are able to work in Manhattan. Other security contractors are not licensed for Manhattan or do not want the work.

I think they are extremely professional. I have never had a problem with them at all. They are prompt, and professional. I will continue to use their services.

Not impressed.

I hired them because the system was already installed when I bought the house. In April I asked them to relocate the control panel and requested an estimate to upgrade the system before we reinstalled it. Since then, I called them several times. They pass me from one person to the other and the 3rd or 4th person promises they will call me back with an estimate for the upgrade and a date when they will come to reinstall the alarm. They NEVER call me back. I insist again and it's the same story: I waste my time on the phone with different people, none of them give me an answer and promise they will call back. Bottom line: I've been paying for the service (since you pay the year in advance) but my alarm has been disconnected for 3 months now.

They were responsive, professional, and competitive.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK. IT WAS TIMELY. THEY ARE THE PEOPLE THAT PROVIDE MY HOME ALARM SYSTEM.

I AM SATISFIED. I HAVE DEALT WITH OTHER ALARM COMPANIES, AND THIS ONE IS PRETTY GOOD. THEY CAME FOR THE ANNUAL SERVICE WHEN I FIRST SIGNED UP, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

ANYTHING I HAD TO DEAL WITH THE COMPANY FOR, THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS. I NEVER REALLY DEALT DIRECTLY WITH THEM BEFORE, BUT I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This company is very good. They installed the system 10 years ago and have since then provided the service and monitoring of the system. Whenever there is a problem, they respond quickly.

THE OWNER, MICHAEL BACKER, IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND HIS WORKERS ARE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE JOB WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED/ THEY DID NOT OVERSELL ME WITH EXTRAS THAT WERE NOT NEEDED.
