Bruce was so nice, him and his guys are awesome. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Gave us an estimate for one property and ended up doing 3 properties for us in one day. Performance: Expert Clutter Team's job site professionalism, flexibility, and capability, - simply awesome. First, they (3 people) arrived 10 minutes EARLY which by itself is wonderfully odd certainly exceptional for contractors these days. Kudos on time management. After their arrival and seeing they brought a bigger hauler than I needed – my wife figured she'd add a few more "things" TO GO! GEEZ. All I did was start thinking, pointed a few more items out and made request - away it all went - on the fly. Cost went up a bit but I would expect that because ... I added a large gas grill w/dual propane tanks, couple 4x4 soggy throw rugs, coffee table, couple more old a/c units, cooler, tire, very large large rack mounted computer server ... off the top of my head. You all know – that stuff that should go but never quite made it to the curb or not accepted by Disposable Trash Co. They had to carry some heavy items out my basement door around my house UP a slanted hill across my lawn over to the driveway. Kicker – arrival to departure was approximately 45 minutes. My add on items "around back" increased their time otherwise they would have been done 1/2 that time. An excellent job done well.

They were great! They were able to give me a rough estimate over the phone, scheduling was flexible, they came on time, were happy to remove more than originally quoted and price was reasonable.

It was fine. It was a quick response. I didn't have to pay more. They didn't allow me to put anything else in there. They wanted to charge quite a bit if I wanted anything else put in. The deal was for a certain amount and they weren't going to move beyond it at all. There was a large truck and they only removed what we agreed to move even though they had the truck and the extra room in it. They were in and out very quickly. They did show up late. I thought the price was good. There were very nice about it. There were some cursings that I wasn't very happy to hear among themselves. There were some derogatory cursing going on between the workers. It made me slightly uncomfortable.

The provider called in advance to schedule the appointment, arrived just a bit before the scheduled time, rang the doorbell to let me know he had arrived, loaded his truck, and rang the doorbell to let me know he finished the job. Everything went smoothly!

Arrived on time and quickly did exactly what they said they would do - took away the pile of stuff in the garage. Polite, chatty and efficient!

First of all, my husband and I both agree that this is the first service we have contracted for in a very long time that went without a hitch! We called to get an estimate to clean out my Father's house which had 45 years of accumulated "stuff". Bruce arrived on time, walked through the house, basement and garage and gave us a written estimate. I called a few days later and we set a date about a week out for the work. Unfortunately something came up and we needed to switch the date. I called Bruce and he couldn't have been nicer - even told me he had a couple of clients that were hoping for a cancellation so they could get their job done. We rescheduled for 2 weeks later. The crew arrived promptly at 9am as promised and after a quick walk through got right down to business. My Father had accumulated a ton of stuff in the basement so there was a lot to get rid of - they filled 3 good sized trailers and the back of a pickup truck. They were done (amazing to us!) in about 4 1/2 hours. When they were done they even swept the basement and the garage! That was totally unexpected. They did a great job - exactly as promised and cleaned up after themselves. There was no loud music or swearing - the crew was very polite and professional. We had a very heavy entertainment center in one of our bedrooms that needed to be removed. It was in good condition, but the Salvation Army and the Rescue Mission would come because there were 8 stairs to the second floor. I called Bruce at Expert Clutter and he came in the next few days. He and his helper did an excellent job. Bruce actually took apart the entertainment center to remove it (something that wasn't planned ahead of time). They also removed some very heavy fitness equipment from our basement. I can't sing his praises loud enough; he and his helper were punctual, friendly, professional and efficient, and their pricing was very reasonable. I have every intention of calling them again this summer when we need our basement cleaned up. I highly recommend them.

The four workers arrived on time and quickly went to work removing clutter and debris from basement and two car garage. They were courteous and polite. They also checked with us on items they thought we might want to keep. They did a thorough clean-out of both areas in a very short time. They were obviously very experienced.
