He was nice. He was straightforward. He was honest. His team did a great job. I would use them for any kind of work on my house. A friend doe. The street recommended him.

We needed to have my mom's condo painted for the purpose of renting it. I had used Fred previously and was very happy with his work. I contacted him for a quote an he came the following Saturday evening. He asked us what we were thinking of having done. We told him the ceilings, walls and trim for the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We told him we were going to rent it and discussed colors. We had looked at a few but he said he also had some samples. He came over the following evening, Sunday, with the samples. We chose a color he recommend, based on his experience for renting and new construction. He gave us a written quote and we gave him 50% down and chose a date to start of November 19. He told us 4-5 days. It was the week of Thanksgiving so we knew he would not be there Thursday or Friday nor over the weekend. He started Monday and finished Tuesday of the following week. He left touch up paint and said if we needed anything corrected or changed to contact him.
