+ -1 moreWe have not decided to go with this company, as we are still getting more estimates, but we were very pleased with how prompt and courtesy Patrick was in our home. A very nice gentleman, definitely an asset to the company. They sent over an estimate the next day, which was unexpected, as most companies take days if not weeks. So far, their estimate is about $2K higher than one of their competitors, but it's apparently due to using higher quality materials. We are not sure if we want to invest that much more in this system or not, but if we decide to go with them, I'll update this review. :)
