Description of Work: Re-Upholstery. Antique Chair. Quality of work was excellent. Double welt piping was done and really makes the chair look wonderful. Unfortunately, the price was extremely high - at around 30-50% more than other upholsters I got quotes from. However, comparing TapeMeasure's quality to one place I used that was half the price was not even possible. Tapemeasure's product was far superior. Just wish their prices were more reasonable - hence the overall B rating due to price.
