Perry Verrone called me before I logged off the site. He measured my roof, left samples at my door and within two hours gave me a quote, all while I was at work in the city. I was particular about which shigles to use so he recommended a building supply outlet with a large display. This recommendation led me to a product I'm very happy with but otherwise would not have known. I am very satisfied with the result. And they completed the job on Thanksgiving in less than five hours.

I had an issue with the work and they came out and took care of it

I don't understand why 5 stars are not available for rating in categories of Customer Service and Value for Money, thus allowing only 4 and one half as choices. My husband and I would rate 5's straight across the board for Perry and his crew. The contracted work was completed on the designated day (Dish antenna removed, roof then repaired; gutter guards removed, then gutters thoroughly cleaned). Removed materials were carted away, and the crew cleaned up afterwards, leaving our property spotless. We had used Perry's company back in Feb to have nasty ice dams removed at rear of the house, and he was quick to respond and reasonably priced.

The work was completed very promptly. The crew was efficient, polite, and cleaned up carefully. Costs were lower than several other companies proposing to use the same materials. I would recommend them to friends

Job took less time than he expected, and he lowered the price as a result. Can't beat that! Seems to have fixed the problem with my flat roof. Will probably re-roof the rest of the house and use Perry again.

Perry was professional and did what he said he was going to do. His pricing was very fair. He was sympathtic the conditon of the customer. The quality of work was excellent. There should be more service pros out there that would handle the total job the way he did, he was on time and considerate of customers time.
