MG's Lawn Green Inc.

Extremely unreliable. We called MG's Lawngreen to obtain lawn care and landscaping services after my father became ill and the back yard had become overgrown due to the early warm season. I expressed an urgency in having the work done. They took my information and sounded enthusiastic about coming by to get things started, pointing out how close their business was to our home. I asked for an immediate appointment for an estimate and they assured me they'd get right back to me. They did not. After a week I called again and they explained that they have been very busy but would send some one by in the next couple of days. The man who came by called about 30 minutes before showing up and came by to discuss his approach to the lawn work. Impressed with what he said, we decided that we wanted to also do landscaping with them. He took the measurements of the space, as well as my email and phone # and said he'd get back to me. He never did. After a week or so went by, I emailed the company using their web site (so you know I did not type the email address in wrong). My message was ignored. The yard was out of control so we finally contacted a local person, Valerio, who was referred to us by a neighbor. He came immediately, showed up early and got the job done at a fair price (I'll review him on this site too). More than a month later we have never heard from MG's LawnGreen. All I can say is that I am glad they did not have any of our money in their pockets.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY MAINTAINED THEIR SCHEDULE SO I KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMING. ALL OF THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE. MY LAWN ALWAYS LOOKS GOOD.
