+ -1 moreIt went great. Steve was quick, efficient, patient, and cleaned up after himself. I could not give "Price" an "A" only because I did not comparison shop; I did the one-stop-shopping and am very happy.
Description of Work: We have been in need of replacing 2 torn window treatments and 1 old ugly one. I called Bottom Line Blinds after receiving a coupon hand delivered to my front door. I looked them up on Angie's List and found this one in Pleasantville (the coupon gave a Dobbs Ferry Address). No reports filed in the past 3 years, I called and made an appointment for someone to come in-home to take measurements. Steve came fully equipped with samples and tape measure. We wrote up the order within 30 minutes. There were multiple discounts and a rebate from the manufacturer available - which I really like! Steve told me he just finished a job for my next door neighbors, which of course, I checked out as soon as I could (they were very pleased with the experience and the products). The window treatments were installed within 3 weeks and look great.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the work that Bottom Line Blinds did for me. They came on time and did the work efficiently. Steve Vavra is the man who I had the most contact with. He's very professional and very meticulous about his measurements. The quality of these window treatments is very high.
Description of Work: They measured, cut and installed 5 medium sized shades and 2 vertical blinds for my 16' x 18' sliding doors.

+ -1 moreIT WAS MEDIOCRE. IN MY BIG ROOM, THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG WOOD COLOR. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CHERRY AND THEY BROUGHT WALNUT. I CONTACTED THEM AND THE GUY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO, AND I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM.
Description of Work: I HAD WOOD BLINDS PUT IN THREE ROOMS AND FABRIC BLINDS PUT IN ONE ROOM.
