My sister and I purchased a house in October of 2019 and moved into it in January of 2020. We hired Tim Fudale of BellaMax to do some work before we moved in. He was able to do all the work we needed done, which varied from sheetrock and painting, to installing a brick wall, to building shelves to match existing shelves in the kitchen. Everything he did was uniformly excellent and we could not have been happier with his work. Along the way, he noticed things we missed, and made suggestions that were helpful and productive, for which we were super grateful! He is seriously talented; not just a contractor but also a craftsman. In addition, he is kind, interesting, and easygoing, and my persnickety little dog really liked him- a big plus! We highly reccomend him!

Tim and his team did an outstanding job with our master bathroom in our old tudor. He really worked closely with us as we picked out designs and fixtures and has a really good sense for what will work and what will look good. We re-hired them for our downstairs bathroom and they were able to work extremely fast to accomodate our pandemic-influenced schedule (we wanted to get the bathroom done while we were out of town). The bathroom came out looking great, and would recommend Bellamax to anyone looking for a remodel.

I could not recommend Tim and his team more highly. He designed my bathroom conversion to a roll in shower so that it looks great as well as making functional sense, and was able to brainstorm mid-process when something unusual about how my house is built come up. Very responsive to resolving minor issues even after the job was officially done. Also, Tim is just a supremely nice guy, who stands by his work. I already called him back for a second project!

My 1887 Queen Anne Victorian has been on the market since January 2015. Without exception, every realtor and his/her clients (and there have been 25 showings to date) have commented on the beautiful job done on the exterior of the house: the color combination, the care and professionalism that are obvious one year later: the ORIGINAL shutters and doors still look like new, the rosette above the attic still makes the attic pediment "Pop". It was a $20,000.00 job that looks as though it cost double (which was the quote I received from 3 other companies!) In spite of this summer's bleaching sun and blistering heat, the paint looks as fresh today as it did the day Tim and his crew finished the job. FIRST: Let me say that Tim Fudale of BELLAMAX, Inc. (Thornwood, NY) is an ARTIST. His eye for color and composition demonstrates his training and background SECOND: He is the consummate customer-care professional: he is never satisfied until his customer is completely happy with every detail the job has required, and in an 1887 Victorian, there are many: trim, shutters, mullioned windows throughout. THIRD: he is a restoration-painter, and he knows everything about bringing an old, tired, sad "painted lady" back to life. I wish Angie's List could have witnessed the transformation (resurrection?) Tim performed on my home in an amazing two and a half weeks. His team, in my estimation, performed a miracle in restoring my home to its former grandeur. This letter would take 3 full pages to describe the entire process, from choosing the three colors we finally settled on (heavy cream on the body, charcoal slate on the frames and foundation, and deep cranberry on the shutters, and doors, and bringing back the half rosette and ribs on the attic pediment that had been hidden.) to the final details of the clean-up: not a spatter, blob, or smear anywhere. He re-glazed every one of the 50 windows in the outer vestibule, when I thought I would have to buy new replacement windows. Not only is he an ARTIST, he saved me money!! If anyone in Westchester County wants the ABSOLUTE BEST POSSIBLE restoration painter, Tim Fudale of BELLAMAX is the company you must seek out. He gets an A++ in my book. I can only thank Angela DiMella, of Hire Her Home Improvements (Cortlandt Manor, NY) for recommending BELLAMAX to me. What a team!!

Excellent work and all went as planned. Tim is one of the best contractors I had the pleasure of using . He did an outstanding job, taking the time to fully explain his work and how the project would turn-out and the project turned-out better than I expected! Tim and Bellamax are absolutely the best, in price, quality of work and professionalism. I will definitely use Tim and Bellamax again and highly recommend his work to anyone looking to hire a top-notch contractor.

He knew what to look for on the window and listened to me about the problem I had encountered. He was pleasant, well mannered and had ideas if he could not fix the issue that day.

He was great. His price is very reasonable. He did very work. He is a nice man. The overall experience with him had been great. We will use him again. He is a great communicator. He did what he said he was going to do. The clean up was great and he did not leave any mess. The only critic is about scheduling a job with him. but once he commits, he will get everything done.

Scheduled a visit to assess. Tim Fudale showed up, reviewed the damage. Very nice guy. Price seemed fair. The only knock is that it took a while to get it scheduled, but he kept contacting me during that time to let us know that he hadn't forgotten about us but was simply swamped...I also appreciate that it was a small small small job. On work-scheduled day, Tim showed up on time and on schedule. The job was done beyond expecations...he not only fixed the glass pane, but cleaned up the paint trim around all the panes in the door. I have already recommended Bellamax to others. I hate to give such a positive review :-) because I am afraid that I may never be able to get him back to our house . Bellamax is that valued partner a homeowner looks for: fair price, no surprises, good communicator, good work.

Tim at Bellamax is simply fantastic. After purchasing a new house, Tim and his team were able to redo all of the floors and paint the entire interior in only two weeks. He did a thorough and quality job and went above and beyond the requirements of the job. Whenever issues would come up (and they inevitably do: removing a wood-burning stove, replacing doors, expanding door frames for washer/dryer delivery?), Tim was able and willing to quickly solve the problem. He is reliable, honest and communicative and as an artist has a great eye for color and design. In addition, Tim is a fantastic carpenter who puts thought and care into his work. He built us a frame for a laundry chute, sturdy and aesthetically pleasing built-in shelves for my son?s closet and a much needed coat closet that now looks like it has always been there. His prices are reasonable and competitive and I would highly recommend his services. We will continue to work with Tim as we update our home.

After five professional hardwood installers told me it was impossible to put a hardwood floor in my kitchen, I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Timothy Fudale assured me he could install the floor. The floor looks beautiful and I have gotten many compliments. Mr. Fudale was prompt, courteous, neat and very easy to discuss any concerns I might have. He also installed a drop ceiling in my basement. I plan to ask him back in the spring to refinish my front door. I recommend him very highly and I would give him an A++++! B. Valle Harrison, NY

Tim was wonderful from the beginning. I hired him to paint my newly renovated kitchen, and dining room and living room. He also repaired the flashing on my windows which were not properly installed. His work stopped the leaks and the damage that resulted. When I found a new interior leak, I called him and he came right over - it tuned out that I had incorrectly installed my window AC unit, and it was dripping down the interior wall. Easy fix to that one! He also painted the exterior of my house, and it's perfect. Tim is easy to work with and gives good advice on paint colors. He sources the right materials for the job and doesn't just make you go with the most expensive product, just the right product. I've recommended him to at least five of my friends, and they have been as happy as I am, too. As a home owner, there's always a project, and I'm happy that I can call Tim when I need him. And he's a really genuine guy.

It is always a good sign when the owner takes part in the services provided. I have had many contractors over the years and have a very good sense of what constitutes professional work. I am fairly knowledgable myself so I can evaluate how the job is going. My very old buildings (over 150 years old) are all stained so only the trim needed attention ( a lot of attention). During the bidding I suggested using a new sealer product as a primer I had heard about that might help restore some of the more stressed areas. Tim went home, did additional research and discovered ways to use the product effectively. WIth a helper, the work took about a week to complete in what can only be described as meticulous. Every detail of the project was covered (figuratively and literally). Because my structures are old I am used to unanticipated issues cropping up. Tim and his crew handled these situations with ease and grace. Along the way we added an interior paint job as well with a room with exposed beams and wall paper details. The job was tricky because of the areas that needed paint vs those that didn't. The task was completed to perfection (and we have had bad experiences in the past with other service providers). The construction work was performed flawlessly in spite of the surprises found inside the wall (not unusual in older houses). He and his team were always punctual and kept me informed with texts as the job progressed. The site was always left in spotless condition when the day was over. I would recommend Bellamax and Timto anyone who sought their services.

Tim, ( the owner of Bellamax), Did an Amazing job! Very detailed. Made sure that the quality of materials was the best for the price! He went above and beyond what we requested.. !! Left work area clean and made sure we were happy with colors/ textures/ even knobs!!!! I plan on using Bellamax again soon. !!!!!

Tim is the real deal. I would recommend him for any carpentry work. He installed two doors for me and repaired my stairs leading to the second floor. Always was on time and work was well done.

It took a month to complete the bathroom from start to finish. Work was done everyday and even on Saturdays. We were consulted before mirrors were hung, fixtures were put in place and painting was done. The mess was minimal and they cleaned up after themselves everyday. They responded to phone calls and showed up on time. The bathroom looks terrific.

Tim, who owns the business does most of the work on his own or is always on the job to ensure the finest craftsmanship. He guarantees his work and always goes the extra mile. He will work with you and make recommendations to make the best use of your space. He doesn't just come in and do the work but will provide advice and alternatives. He is also an artist so he has a great eye for color and is a perfectionist. I guarantee that you won't find anyone with this quality at these prices.
