He visited our site. He gave us the price which including exterior window cleaning and exterior cleaning. He explained that the house being newly painted he does not want to do the power wash but would like to dust the cobwebs down to clean the exterior moldings and walls. He will charge $10 per window. We like the price and thoughtful idea that he proposed on the exterior cleaning so we hired him. His total cost was $400. They were cleaning while we were out. After we came back, the windows were mediocrely cleaned but the cobwebs were everywhere. When we confronted him about it, he challenged us to point them out to him. Since the cobwebs were everywhere and the exterior aside from the windows was barely touched, we confronted him with the fact that if the windows were the only exterior they cleaned, we should be charge accordingly because we do not have 40 windows. At the end the amount of dirt on the exterior is undeniable and both parties agreed, we ended only paying him for the windows. The truth is if he was clear from the beginning that he's going to only clean the exterior of the windows, we would be more than happy to hire someone else who can clean both the windows and the exterior of the house and save us time in arguing with the guy for what he should be doing. Please go with other vendors for these services. There are plenty of better services out there who have better communication skill that will NOT waste your time.

I called the listed number and someone answered who I presume runs the service. His English wasn't great. And he sounded a little gruff. But he was responsive and followed up after giving a quote. I was a little nervous that this wasn't a great service because the phone service was a little off. But a crew showed up on time and did their job well.

IT'S OKAY. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. I'M GLAD I'M NOT DOING IT. IT'S GOOD, BUT IT'S NOT GREAT. IT'S GOOD FOR WHAT IT IS. THEY COME IN AND THEY CLEAN, BUT IT'S A BUSINESS. IT'S A SERVICE. IT'S NOT AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS INVESTED IN THE HOME.
