Perfect. My insurance company had given me five numbers for this service to call. Four had no contact, one apologized that they had no free booking for residences in Lee County. I went on the internet and found Renovation I. I received a call back that evening and a consultation the next day. The surge/flood had reached 38" in my crawl space and I was truly afraid that my interior floor was going to buckle. Mike Sozzo and his brother- in law, Mark, were so empathetic with me and responded to my every question and call. I had just gone through a traumatic experience and they not only provided professional service but gave me hope. I can not recommend this company enough. I have tried to upload pictures, but unfortunately I was on video mode. Believe me, my house/ crawlspace has been secured and saved thanks to Renovation 1
Description of Work: Water mitigation after hurricane Ian , sanitizing, removal and replacement of insulation of crawlspace insulation with addition cushion of vapor insulation so that moisture will not reoccur.
