Prompt and efficient. Very well organized with water delivery. Work completed in timely manner. Removed old stuff. Very happy

Two employees came at 9:10 and left at 9:50 They took off the pool cover, hosed it down, rolled it up . They assembled the pool pump and filter and added chlorine and algaecide and attached the pool ladder. It was an easy and simple job. No dirty pool to clean. The employees were friendly and pleasant and as they were leaving told me to call if I had any problems and they would come back to fix any problems. A week later I called to tell them I could not get the pump cover off and the person answering the phone assured me someone would call back. No one called and I had to ask some one to help take the cover off. They also had to take the ladder out of the pool. It was missing the last step and was not filled with water to weigh it down. I called again to let the company know about the cover and ladder. Again I was told someone would call back and again no call. I hope they don't treat all their customers this way. I have really no complaints about the two fellows who opened the pool, just with the people running the company who do not have the courtesy to return a customer's phone call. I feel the company is not reliable nor stands behind their services.

Gave us the right supplies and right advice. Cost to fill the pool had nothing to do with the pool guys, they referred a good guy to us for that.

I wouldn't recommend. They have excellent supplies; it's the place to go for all of that type material like pool materials, to test the water. I and others have found that they rush. They have inexperienced people. They have kids working for them. They either misdiagnose pool issues or they just don't do it right. Don't use them. The Pool Guys had me up spending $1700 to fix the situation. On the other hand they are the place to go for all the supplies. They have a good supply of all that at the store. It's the only place to go to buy a raft, chemicals. They do a great job of testing the water when I bring in the water. As far as having them come out; they are a little sloppy. I know one guy at the trailer, they killed his hot tub. They had to redo it ultimately. Their pricing was ok. The owner was professional but the guy who did the work was not. I would use them again for supplies and for certain water things. They have 2 businesses there. It's like a big store where I can buy stuff.

Work was done professionally with a friendly attitude. I'll be using them for all pool needs. I've already hired them for a new pool cover.
