Cleaning was ok. People were a little awkward but no big deal. They accidentally broke a piece of one of our windows. At first pretending it didn’t happen then very graciously admitted it and agreed to fix it. I’ve asked 4 times for them to come back and fix and they’ve ignored it.

They did a great job, will definitely give them a call for more work needed. Owner was very honest and the work he said he will do was done up to my expectations.

We had the O'Brian Family in to clean the house 3 or 4 times before we realized that a special gold pendent and a heavy gold bracelet were missing; the day they disappeared, Ed's mother-in-law Mary was alone in the house for the 20 minutes when I went to gas up. When I returned, I was surprised that she had left, as there was still cleaning to be done. The next day we discovered the missing gold. The pendant was very special, a Byzantine gold coin from the reign of Justinian the Great, minted about 530 AD in Constantinople. I had a jeweler make a bevel and loop for it, and both of us loved it. As it was not large, I doubt the thief got much more than weight for it, that was the real crime, which I explained in great detail to Edward. If Mary is still "working", beware.

I’m so glad I chose Edward and his team for the job. Not only were they fast, efficient, and detail-oriented, they cleaned our house carefully and were very courteous. I’m looking forward to a regular housecleaning schedule with Edward and his team.

I gave them short notice on a job where I was selling my house and had a cancellation by another provider. They did everything they could to try to fit me in, and unfortunately I hired a different company just minutes before they said they could do it. I could tell they did everything possible to work with me and they seem to do anything they can to accommodate you. They are friendly and professional. I will be calling them for my next job.

When Ed O’brian of O’brian’s family cleaning returned my initial contact he said he was driving and would call me back in 20 minutes. Over an hour and a half later he called and said he was in a minor accident. He agreed to come over on Saturday and look at my project. He was over an hour late. After looking around he said he would call Sunday with a quote, I’ve never heard from him! Do not attempt to hire this company!

O'Brien's Family Cleaning Service is totally unreliable. They talk a good game but fail to live up to any responsibility. We made two appointments with these people over a month or so. On each scheduled visit, they didn't bother to call us or write us to tell us they weren't going to make the appointment. We had to track them down and each time their excuse was they were in a car accident. Didn't bother to let us know they weren't coming. Wasted our time for nothing. Totally unprofessional business and would not recommend them under any circumstance. Even if we were to believe them that they had two car accidents in one month, that should be a warning sign right there. I don't understand how they could have gotten an A rating from Angie's List.

Eddie and his team are professionals. They performed an excellent deep cleaning on our house well as upholstery cleaning. Eddie was very responsive to our changes and quick to address overlooked spots. We will be using O'Brien's on a regular basis.

We have used Ed and his crew often over the winter do to maintenance cleanings and carpet cleanings. We just had them come in and do a deep spring cleaning which included my basement and windows. He also painted a fence in my side yard. Once again the work of ed and his crew was beyond what we expected. They were very accommodating and did everything we requested. We will continue to use them for multiple things.

Ed and O’Briens Family Cleaning Service were referred to us after we found some black mold on the ceiling of our basement. We were worried that it was going to sink us financially, luckily Ed came in with a reasonable and accurate quote for testing and services and got the job done fast and effiecently. We were so happy with the experience that we hired them for additional work while the basement was still drying out. Ed and his company are a pleasure to work with, they will go above and beyond every time they walk through your door - my wife and I cannot recommend them enough.
