Description of Work: They came by to assess the problem. Made some adjustments to the water pump. Did a great job explaining what the issues might be. Refused to charge me. No problems since. Would definitely use again. Others I called wanted to charge me $150 just to assess the problem.

 + -1 moreWe came home from vacation and found that we had no water. The well pump had burned out while we were away. We came home on the Sunday, I called Andrews Welldrilling and Pump Service Inc on Monday and they were there Tuesday. They figured out the problem - the well is 220 feet - replaced the pump and all the piping. They did quite a bit of work. It was Mr. Andrews himself and his assistant. They came out, took care of everything - they had everything right there - and just did the work. The value for what they did was definitely an A. I couldn't do it myself, that's for sure.

 + -1 moreThe two men worked as a well oiled team. They were professional, curteous, and friendly. The job was completed without wasting time and all old debris was taken away. The system was adjusted to the proper pressure and everything was explained. Any questions were answered politely and a statement was made that they would answer any future questions if called in to them. I am very happy with Andrews Welldrilling.
Description of Work: Call was for no water. The two men found the problem and had to pull the pipes from the well. A wire was broken that went to the pump. Since the pump was 25 years old, the pump was replaced, the wire was replaced with an added wire for ground to satisfy code regulations and the original glued together pipe was replaced with threaded sections.

Description of Work: they didnt do the work but they answered the telephone , listened to what i needed and refered my to someone closer to my area. and the price was about 1000 cheeper than anyone else i called.I rate them 99 percent if there workmanship is as good as they were to me that day, i;ll give them the 100 ROBERT WARD
