Fine, although I thought I was also getting a cleaning.

It went perfect. Just one person came out and they were here about two hours. They were punctual, professional, and they kept me updated beforehand. The service man was friendly and informative. He gave me a lot of options.

The technician replaced a faulty expansion tank on my boiler that was causing water to leak out of the pressure relief valve. He also performed maintenance on the system to clean it out. Aire Serv provided prompt and professional service and I definitely plan to use them again in the future.

He really did a good job and he was really professional.

Excellent service and explanation of everything he was doing, the condition and life left with the units. Took his time to do a thorough job and make sure that it was done without other issues and that they worked well before he left.

Tech was a pro and did a great service and de gunking of our AC, which as he pointed out was installed incorrectly. He immediately got a quote for the work and we are considering our next move.

James came to the house right on time. Scheduling the appointment was very easy...and they called when they had an open spot to see if we could get the AC working earlier. We did...all worked out great. James was very personable...took care to cover his shoes so he did not leave any tracks.

There were no troubles with scheduling. There were additional fees as stated in the fine print. I had not read them as in my opinion Angie’s List has had a stellar reputation. They said that because it was an oil burner furnace, there would be an additional $79. I paid for the additional fees because it was still a good deal. I feel that Angie’s List should have been more up front about this and I did not expect that from Angie’s List. Because I felt that Angie’s List was not up and forth coming with the additional $79 fee, I did not renew my subscription with Angie’s List. Air Serve was very apologetic and I had no troubles with them. They were absolutely top notch in every way. They were here for about an hour or two completing the work and they had exceptional clean up. They did an outstanding job.

I have tried to contact this company via email with a couple different dates of when we could meet and they have tried to contact me via email, however I have been unable to get in touch with them to set up something for sure.

Very professional--actually arrived early but waited for me--the service itself was responsive and kept in touch--Rob went above and beyond--I believe the company is honest and understanding of expenses. I will definitely call them for my oil burner tune up.

Our home had had central air some years ago but the previous owner did not update it when she had a new heating system put in. When James came to look over the house he gave a very good assessment of what it would take to cool the building in the summer. He was the third person to come and do so and the only person who pointed out that the second floor of our house (built in 1940 with no expectation of central air) had no return air ducts to the furnace. He explained that on hot days it would likely not get cool enough on the second floor no matter what we did in the basement with a new system. After he checked the house we sat down and talked about my expectations for the system. I told him that we only planned to be in the house for about 7 years and that we need a reliable system but didn?t want to over improve the house either. He talked through a couple of options and explained the differences. I think he offered a good system at a very good price. The package also included a thermostat that I can control remotely with an ap on my phone or through a site on my computer anywhere that I am. I love this feature as we can cool the house (or heat it up) a few minutes before arriving home. James and his guys were prompt, polite and very concerned for our home and things. They wore booties on their feet when in the house so as not to track dirt. They were quick and efficient and the install took about four hours. I paid using my credit card right at the house. It could not have been an easier transaction. Of the people I had given me an estimate I felt James was the only one who listened to what I needed and offered reasonable packages that didn't include things I didn't need or want. I am very pleased and would highly recommend him for any services that anyone need to have done.

Jim, Rob and the crew were terrific. First, Jim Serra came over and carefully inspected our house, including the unit in the attic, which was not something another company did. He came over a 2nd time to explain our options and he answered all our questions. When it came time for the installation, Jim, Rob and the rest of the crew were punctual and they were exceptionally neat and tidy. We haven't turned on the unit yet, but I feel comfortable that if there is a problem, they will be here to look at the unit. We thought the price was fair and I would definitely recommend this company.

Extremely well. The owner, Jim Serra, gave me several options, including an estimate to repair the old boiler. That boiler was nearly 40 years old, and had many faults, was not efficient and the pilot light had extinguished several times. I decided to opt for a new boiler. Jim and his crew were extremely courteous and pleasant, but most of all they were truly professional. With expertise, they removed the old boiler, installed the new boiler, connected all the gas and water, and completely reconstructed the exhaust flues, including cleaning out the lower chimney. The job was completed in just a few hours and under cold conditions.After cleaning up the entire area, they tested the boiler and presented me with a full one-year warranty. I am completely satisfied, and will be using them again to replace my water heater very shortly. KUDOS!!!.

They accepted the Angies List coupon we purchased from Angies List as full payment. That was it. No further billing. I think it was $49. A VERY good price! And well worth the service and help that we got from Aire-Serv.They are the ones for us from now on!

About two weeks after I used them, something broke and they had to come back. I am skeptical with what happened.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent! The owner actually emailed me and arranged a time but his staff had already taken care of it. Rob D Came out with Mark and they put down their own doormat and used booties before coming into my house. They were very thorough and explained everything in detail what they found and how to fix it. By the time they were finished I had heat and the oi burner was working perfectly. They were pleasant to work with and I got the sense I had gotten a very high quality Repair. I am completely happy with the service they provided.

I was scheduled in quickly for a problem with my heater. James came and took a look and made some corrections. Once several days had passed and the heater was working well, I asked them to come out for a tune up and to get on their list for seasonal regular maintenance. James was respectful, courteous, and personable. timing of service and price were unexpectedly better than I expected - nice surprise. Absolutely would recommend and use in the future.

Jim did an excellent job on this repair in a very timely manner. My only surprise was the cost of the job and this was some what my fault as I never inquired of Jim what the repair would cost me when he originally looked at the job. In fairness Jim gave us a $25.00 discount on the invoice for mentioning an advertisement his firm offered. I should have inquired what his labor rate was before he began the job, but I was so focused his ability to do the job in a timely manner, I forgot to ask. I did and do feel that Jim was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional as was his helper. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again. |

James introduced himself and put on booties before entering. He fixed our heating problem and did it efficiently and friendly. We'll use them again.

I first used Aire Serv for their advertised special on furnace cleaning. They were quite professional about it and reasonably priced so I hired them to add an air humidifier to my furnace as well.

The furnace wasn't firing. You could hear the ignitor snapping but the spark didn't ignite the gas. The first technician came and determined that I needed a gas tube and ignitor that he didn't have on the truck since my firnace is very old. Jim the owner called me and explained that the parts could not be found but he had another solution. It required taking back parts that were put in by him a year ago and swapping them for a new converter kit. Jim offered me a trade in value that was quite resonable and sent over a technichian to install the converter kit. He took about 3 hours to tweak the kit to fit my furnace and got it working. I was not charged for the extra hours, it was all part of the package!! I just wanted to get through one more winter and in the late spring I will call Jim and get a new furnace and water heater (also very old) before they both die.

Very professional, high quality work. Even came on a Saturday to accommodate my busy schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone!

2 guys came and took there time ,explained all the issues with the several decade old oil burner we currently have . They were here for almost 3 hours did a complete thorough cleaning and took the time to explain in simple terms the issues with the current furnace .We will be in the market soon for a new oil furnace and hope we can expect another good deal from this reliable ,professional company!!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Mr. Serra. He was patient, understanding, and very detailed. It was a pleasure doing business with him as a person. The company excellent and the people working with Mr. Serra was priceless. I would definately recomment this company.
