Description of Work: They came and fixed the air leak that prevented heating to work in the second floor. They checked if everything else was in good condition. |The person who came was really polite and proper, not rough like some other vendors.

Interviewed five contractors and this was second lowest cost but had better vent plans and larger units than others. Very pleased with professionalism and price. Strongly recommend.

Description of Work: Tom, the service tech, was excellent. Dealing with Aire Serv was not. After having an emergency air conditioner repair which did not qualify for the advertised rate I agreed to pre pay for winter/spring routine tune up. I was told they would contact me, which never happened. When I called, the earliest appointment was over 2 weeks. The worst part was having to deal with the sickly sweet young schedulers, who after every second word added, "okay, good" and became flustered and upset if they had to answer a question and go off script.

Description of Work: Fan speeds on Fujitsu mini ductless system would not go higher than low. Repaired leaking fittings on outside inverter unit. recharged the gas, pressure tested and checked operation.

When I purchased the coupon I was asked to set some dates which I did within the next few days after purchasing the deal. They responded to me on Angie’s List which I didn’t receive for a while. Once I saw the message we set up the appointment. The service was fine. They came out, looked at the machine and cleaned it.
