Got a lot of personal attention from their customer service. Work was done quickly. Technician professional. Listened to me closely before setting out to diagnose the problem. Did the job in the time he said he'd do it, which included a long trip to the warehouse for the part. Did NOT try to talk me into any extra work or sell me a new furnace. Loved that. Overall cost seemed a bit high but within line with other places these days. If we need help again, they'll definitely be the first we call.

John was punctual, which I truly appreciate. He was mindful of the cleanliness of my home, bringing booties for his shoes. He confirmed that the new thermostat I had just installed was wired correctly and securely. He traced the problem to a bad breaker in the breaker box, and even had with him a replacement for it. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Jim called the day of, about an hour before the scheduled appointment to confirm that I was home and ready. He showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time. From initial meet Jim was very courteous, professional and well spoken. We proceeded to my boiler room where Jim started asking me questions regarding exactly what I expected to be done and why. He then explained to me what he'd be doing based on my requirements and how he would do them and gave me the rate up front. He then went to work being very meticulous, careful and not skipping any steps, nor was he rushing. There were no hidden fees on my bill. I am very pleased with the work

Although it ultimately turned out that the problem with my boiler wasn't very difficult to fix, Jim came out within a few hours of me calling and had it up and running within 20 minutes. He was friendly and his prices were reasonable. I would definitely call him again if I had another problem.
