Description of Work: They installed a entry lock that I had purchased. Outdoor front entry lock. Serviceman was nice, and did a good job. I though that added labor cost was not necessary. Overall service was acceptable. Next time I use them I will have a firm price guarantee though so there will be no misunderstandings.

 + -1 moreI found their number on-line and called them, telling them what I needed. They were couteous and willing to assist me., giving me costs over the phone and the option to bring my locks to them to save some money. They created the lock cores I needed, as well as the duplicate keys. They told me it would take about 2 hours to complete and were done in about 1 1/2 hours. I would definetely use them again.
Description of Work: Built cores for our lock system and made duplicate keys.

I asked about his opinion on the deadbolt I purchased and he was very honest, and did not try to upsell me on a new part (which he could have being I have no idea about locks). He performed the work exactly as discussed and even went above and beyond to tweak a small problem with the door I was having. Very professional and the price was right. Come to learn this company spends a lot of $ on being certified in multiple areas in their industry. Highly recommended.

Mac's Safe & Lock offers the following services: We are equipped and trained to handle high security safe and vault openings/repairs. In our shop we offer door hardware, lock repair, key duplication services, rekeying services, lock lubricant, key accessories and much more. From a simple deadbolt installation to extensive master key systems we can take care of all your locksmith needs. All of our service vehicles are equipped with key machines for on site key duplication. This is a second generation family owned company.
At this time we can not duplicate or originate side milled keys for newer Honda's and Fords.(Although we can program most transponder keys). We do not handle full door replacement.
