+ -1 moreit went fairly well, except for the leaky toilet tank which was not fixed during first visit. Also, I felt the overall cost to be fairly steep. it looks like we were charged 1 hour for service call @ $ 77/hour, then 1 hour for regular work @ $ 67/hour, but we were also charged $ 8.00 for travel; and what seems preposterous, $ 69.00 for the 15-minute use of a camera inserted in sewer drain to locate septic tank. Harry, the employee, was prompt, very professional and courteous. He rushed back to our home as soon as we called to explain that toilet tank was still leaking after his first visit.
Description of Work: we had 4 issues: leaky outside faucet leaky bath tub locating septlc tank leaky toilet tank first 3 issues were resolved promptly last issue required an additional visit and different parts.

Description of Work: Love them! Mike has come a few times but today he had to put an access panel in my hallway and replace faucet and pipe into my shower, fantastic attitude, work and results. He did exactly what he said he would and cleaned up. Great attitude and he can talk and work at the same time. Fair and honest. My husband and I will keep this company!

Description of Work: While I was reconstructing my laundry room, the hot water shutoff to the washer burst spewing hot water all over my new construction. I shut off the water from the main, called The John Doctor who responded in 15 minutes, completed the repair with professionalism and even helped me clean up the water. As a result, I recently called them to replace my main water shutoff line as well to deal with a plugged water drain, and, I must say, their response and professionalism was beyond expectations.
