Description of Work: They do good work and are professional. However a few things I was unhappy with. First, I had to wait three weeks for appt. Second, the upfront charge is 280 for first hour of work. Last, I had a tree he said he could fully trim, however after inspection, he said maybe they got 95%. There were still dead branches he could not reach.

+ -1 moreIn the beginning, he climbed the trees. He now uses heavy duty equipment with a bucket. I have used their services for about four years. He comes with a crew and he is very organized. He always does a really good job and they are all very nice guys. He is very nice, polite, and easy to work with. He cleans everything up and puts the trimmings through the chipper. He is professional, personable, and always greets me when he comes to do the work.
Description of Work: He comes annually to trim my big Cherry Tree.
