Description of Work: They installed my first A/C system and they were excellent. About 6 yrs ago the changed the compressor and air handler for a/c system and again they were fine. Recently I would call them for routine maintenance and leave message and they would never call me back or said they haven't prepared a schedule yet which I found hard to believe in the month of May. Can't understand what happened to this company's customer service.

 + -1 moreAfter receiving many quotes zack Fink came in right in the middle. He is extremely knowledgeable in the geothermal field which is what I have, as well as HVAC systems. His crew showed up on time and worked all day. Very professional courteous and clean! Job came out great he made recommendations for a new overflow pan which also reduces noise and added a back up heater that attaches to the air handler for practically cost because it was easier to install now before everything was put together, had I added it at a later date. Very pleased with quality of work
Description of Work: Air handler relocated to new attic space, new piping and wiring for thermostat.

 + -1 moreHave yet to receive a call back. No need to chase them for my business - ill use someone else.
Description of Work: Called multiple times to set up an appointment for a spring tune-up/maintenance. Each time I couldn't set up an actual appointment at any point in time and was told i would receive a call back from the "service manager" to set up an appointment - i have not heard back.

 + -1 moreBefore we moved to our current house, we had installed a complete new A/C system in that house. I had researched and gotten estimates from many companies. SA Fink gave me, not only the best price, but the most professional and comprehensive service I've ever had.They did an excellent job and we were very satisfied. So, when we decided to improve our A/C here (the old A/C could barely cool the house) I didn't even get estimates. I just called Fink. They did a complete analysis of the house to determine what equipment to get. They removed all the old duct work and installed all the new equipment. They did a great job, again. We have them check the system annually and change the air filter and UV light bulb. Their service men are all nice too. They're a great company to do business with. And I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Furnished and installed a replacement Air Conditioning system (3.5 ton Trane and Air Handler) and thermostat in our home. Removed all old duct work and replaced with new. Added new runs to the master bath and the guest bath.

 + -1 moreThe system seems to work very well and my house is warm and cozy, something it never was when we had oil heat. LIPA just inspected it and said it was a very nice installation.
