Description of Work: The other reviews of Jeff Goldman are quite accurate. The guy comes up with every excuse in the book why he doesn't show up. Paid him thousands and he never finished the work - alarm doesn't work at all (since installation) and he does not come back or return calls. Had others come in to finish the work - they take one look at his wiring and say they won't go near that (a mess). All in all - should not be in alarm business. If you use him (Physical Security) - you're in store for quite an adventure trying to hunt him down / listening to his many many many excuses / and giving him $$ for services or work you will not be satisfied with.

Description of Work: We used Jeff Goldman 14 years ago for the second time in our second home having had great service He installed a new system in our home 14 years ago and all went well 4 years ago we had him back to make changes to the existing system after we did a home remodeling project. Over the next 6 ,onths he lied, never showed, hardly returned calls and or constantly rescheduled. We eventually threw him out and used a partial system for a while. No one else knew what he had done or was interested in finishing his job. We decided 2 months ago to track him down and get this done. The last few months have been the same. He is horrible,,STAY AWAY!!!!!

 + -1 moreon 4/30/2011 Jeff Goldman of Physical Security accepted the contract to setup video camera surveillance system for my house and took deposit of $1,075 and advanced monitoring charge $216. he promised to finish the job in a week but only started working 3 weeks later after we repeated calling him but he only worked half day complain weather is too hot. he came back to work in july for another half day or so then complained he could not find workers to help him. then he disappeared and could not be reached and no return phone calls. till recently i emailed in demanding him to finish the job before thanksgiving or get fired. he replied to promise to complete the job but as usual he has never shown up. he is a typical cheater.
Description of Work: the company promised to finish the job within a week after taking deposit, but only started to work about 3 weeks later for one day and 2 months later worked another 1 day then disappeared and never came back to finish the job. he gave all imaginable excuses from hot weather to back pain to taking vacation...etc. it is the worst service i have ever experienced in my life.
