UNRELIABLE. Cancelled at the last minute. They did some work for us, no problems. We scheduled a follow-up for more work, in 3 weeks on 11/5/19 in the afternoon between 12-1. A week before our appt. Bob called, said they had a job in the morning on that day and would not be finished in time for our appt. Could we reschedule? We replied, no, this is the best time for us, pls leave appt as scheduled. Ok. On 11/5 spoke to Steve, confirmed appt. The person we requested would come between 12-1. We discussed the materials needed for the job. Everything was set. On 11/6 Bob called at 12:30. Their job in the morning was not finished. Cancelled our appt, could we reschedule? After we confirmed the day before. Unacceptable! Will never use them again.

Terrific work. Dan was prompt and courteous, and an excellent craftsman -- the work he did looks better than when the house was new!

They got the most of the job done and what was done looks fine. Spent two hours getting supplies claiming Home Depot didn’t have supplies which they later charged as work time. They charge by hour and tasks that normally took 1-2 hours ended up being 3. Ended up not being able to finish replacing all pieces. The guys were great and friendly, just not efficient in time. For quick projects I assume they would be okay. I do not plan on using them again as it became cost prohibitive.

Fabulous! Even though Handy Man had never done this before he figured it out and handle the situation in less than an hour. It was friendly and courteous and I definitely want him to come back for other projects.

I called Mr. Handyman because I needed my daughter’s closet door fixed. I also needed the latches fixed on two other doors. When I called Mr. Handyman I was told that someone could come that day to check out the problem. When the man came he saw what needed to be done, went to Home Depot and got his materials and then came back and fixed everything perfectly. I would definitely call Mr. handyman again!

They did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would.

Mr. Handyman, and specifically Dan from the team, is excellent. Each time he has come to work on projects, he talks with us about what we need, he is honest and forthcoming, he is respectful of our home, and he does flawless work. I would 100% recommend Mr. Handyman for household projects.

Called and gave a scope of the work and was given a quote which I accepted. The guys showed up at exactly 8am as promised. Placed tarps in the work area and out to the front door. Proceeded to do the work removing old stairs and framing out the ceiling. Installed new stairs in place. Kept me appraised as to their progress. Completed the job on time. Cleaned up the work area. Happy with the way the job went. Would higher again.

Oh my. What to say about dear Joe, our handyman, who works for this company., He is an absolute treasure! We used this company on and off for 3 months, doing capital expense projects like the kitchen renovation, to simply swapping out switches and installing fixtures. Joe is meticulous, and does gorgeous quality work. Steve and Bob in the office are always helpful, professional and pleasant. They come onsite to check on work if the project is large (like ours became). We will be calling them again in the fall, for Joe to come back and install ceiling fan, and other small jobs. Would highly recommend this company. We didn't work with Dan, as he was on other jobs, but he is supposed to be excellent too. The hourly rate isn't inexpensive, but the quality of the work is well worth the cost. Total cost below is for all the work done between February and end of April. Joe was here alot.

This is the seal around 2 bathtubs he replaced. He wrote on the receipt “scrape and clean around 2 bath tubs apply new mold resistant silicone and shopping for silicone. Labor $428 for 3 hrs...$35 for materials and $20. Van fee. “With tax it came out to $541. Which I think is pretty pricey for this job. Maybe I’m wrong, but, I don’t think so.

Their excellent. Work with him for the passed 8-9 years. I used them about twice a year. He also do follow after the work is done.

Amazing, clean, on time, highly recommended. Felt very safe with them in my house.

They come prepared for what you need done and stay around to fix additional items if needed. They are ready for just about everything. I will call them back in a second and always have a list of items to be repaired. I will recommend and continue to use them.

The gentleman came and did a so/so job. I advised owner and he said to send pics and he’ll follow up. He never did and then I asked recently for status and can we have someone else finish and I was ignored.

I've used this company before with out any issue. Their guys appear to be good and professional. However, I had an item missing from my home from the last visit. Not very happy about it and I had called the office to make them aware. Made it looked like i didn't know what I was talking about. Very disappointed that the item was not recovered :-( Will not be using them again.

There were a couple of weather related postponements. But since this was outside work, that was understandable. When they did come, they were on time and finished the work under the original estimate. I have no issue with their work, they did everything we asked. I probably will contact them for another project I have in mind.

Very well! Prompt, efficient and a quality job! Tom ran into a few curve balls (Birds had nested in our old vent area - destroying the old tubing) but he handled it all, including having to do a ceiling patch job of the dry wall. Steve and Bob in the office worked with me, arranging to wait for my parts to arrive and then were proactive when the weather looked terrible for the exterior work that needed to be done. They pushed our time slot to the start of the day and the outside work was completed prior to the downpour starting! Great job...
