Not well at all!
Description of Work: It pains me to write anything negative about anyone but I highly DO NOT recommend this company. They did a lousy job on my master bedroom. It barely looks better then the original mess. BEWARE that the quoted price is not realistic. Orig estimate was $1100 it went to $3500, $3200 and finally $2500. Note: I had other issues that popped up like replacing 2 or 3 2x4s which sent this price sky-rocketing. It was a case of once they have you they have you. AVOID!

Description of Work: Installed new door and frame around service entrance to garage. Also repaired area near the door and frame. Highly professional, very careful, and kept me informed of what was going on, including the suggestion of a better alternative to the one I originally planned.

Description of Work: They took apart a ceiling fan and replaced the light switch unit. They also removed one set of blinds and replaced them with another set they had to remove for another room. Everything looks fine and works well. My only negative is the price. If I had not had the light switch replacement unit, he would have had to go buy one and then I would have ended up paying closer to $230 for two simple repairs.

Description of Work: We had a noon appointment. They never showed, never called (in this day of cell phones?? ).The guy showed up at 2:00pm. No call about running late, No apology for arriving 2 hours late. In fact he put his head down when I looked at him in the truck and said " Didn't the office call you?" Not very professional in my opinion.

We pride ourselves on our timeliness, professionalism and attention to detail. As this members review is based on a work order that was booked over 15 months ago we had to go back to our archives to retrieve the detail record. The record shows that the owner personally spoke with this member when the work was booked on 10/1/2012 and informed him of the two hour service window for any afternoon appointments. This member chose the 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM timeslot. Our service vans are equipped with GPS systems and our technician arrived that day at exactly 1: 44 PM [Within the 2 hour window]. The owner spoke with this member after the technician arrived and would have been happy to help him. Our records also show that this member had previously booked a job and then cancelled. As the local handyman choice, we thank our local community for trusting America's most reliable, insured and boned handyman service. Members, please continue to read our many excellent reviews of members that we actually did work for!
