MAXIMUM MAINTENANCE

Kyle and crew are honest and reliable. I used several other chimney companies in the past and all suggested costly repairs immediately. I stopped servicing my chimney for years because I couldn't find anyone reputable and reasonably priced. They were clean and efficient; he communicated with me the day of the appointment and showed up as expected. I only had to wait approximately a week for service. He provided advice and recommendation for my chimney crown repair but didn't push to repair immediately. I highly recommend and will be using them for my future repair.

COULD NOT HAVE GONE BETTER! My family and I have used Kyle for a number of years in various residences and have come to hold him to a very high standard yet somehow he finds a way to clear this hurdle with ease. Kyle's last service visit could not have been better. As usual he contacted me prior to arrival (as promised) and showed up on time. He spent plenty of time explaining the "what, when, where, and why" associated with my fireplace problem and how it would be fixed. Kyle came in, finished his work, and left without the up-selling and unnecessary services many people in the trades push on customers.

I feel safer now. he came out and did a good job. I saw some cement cracking around the sleeve and they came out and fixed immediately.

Excellent. Maximum Maintenance was recommended by our heating contractor who installed our new boiler. The original clay chimney lining had detriorated, and it was accumlating as a pile of debris that inhibited the air flow. Maximum came promptly as scheduled and provided a written estimate. Two days later we called Maximum to schedule the service. The arrived on time with two men, installed the liningm and swept up afterward. Job well done.
